Control Panel
The control panels are designed based on the following principles: control reliability, economy, energy conservation, simple installation & maintenance. The control panels comply with all necessary safety and security precautions, yet fulfilling the control function for the water feature system requirement. The protection devices comprise circuit breakers, overloading and leakage protection etc., using the most advanced microcomputer monolithic integrated circuit control. Control computers or PLC can be linked to the control panels via RS485 to provide reliable feedbacks and facilitates control. The control components used are of good quality yet affordable, contributing to energy conservation. The standard control cabinet uses quality and strong structures thus providing easy installation and maintenance.
Shooter Jet Unit
PQ25/40/50
The Shooter Jet unit comprises directional single jet nozzle, flow straightener, ball valve (for flow control) and rapid action solenoid valve. Each individual nozzle can be adjusted up to 15 deg tilt, thus multiple nozzles assembly can create various water pattern and effects. The flow straightener helps to achieve a clear stream jet effect, even for high fountain spray with little splash. The ball valve can be adjusted manually to regulate to the required fountain spray height. The submersible rapid action solenoid valve can achieve an activation speed of 0.1 sec. With help of the Shooter Jet Controller, a series of Shooter Jets can create the infamous ‘wave’ effect, a wide variation of sequencing and patterns, and be synchronised with music.

The Automatic Water Refill System provides a ready water supply in fountain pools. When low water level is detected, a signal is transmitted to the solenoid valve at the water inlet supply pipe to open to allow for refilling. Once the water level has reached the max. level, another signal is transmitted to shut the solenoid valve to interrupt the refilling of water.

The Water Level Control System maintains a constant water level in the fountain pool. When high water level is detected due to excessive storm water or whatever reasons, a signal is transmitted to the solenoid valve or sump pump to discharge excess water. When low water level is detected, a signal is transmitted to the main control panel to cut off all electrical supply.
