Insider Tip: Order a cup of seafood gumbo for an appetizer and try their fresh catch of the day to kick off your week at the beach.

9:30am Pack up your beach bag with sunscreen (lots and lots of sunscreen), fill your coolers with snacks and drinks, and head to the beach!

4:00pm Time to wrap up your afternoon shopping and head back to the condo to relax and get cleaned up for dinner.

12:00pm Hit the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand; then head to The Surf Hut for a casual beach lunch.

Insider Tip: Start with a frozen beverage such as the Mango Crush Colada and some oysters on the half shell and then try the grouper sandwich.

1:30pm Head across the street and you’ll find the best shopping in town at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Oh, and you must stop at Pino Gelato for a sweet treat while you browse!

6:00pm For your second dinner in Destin, try out Marina Cafe for sensational food and breathtaking views of the harbor from their candlelit dining rooms.

Insider Tip: Start with an order of fried green tomatoes with local Gulf shrimp and a glass of wine.

8:00pm Head back to your beach home and slip on your swimsuits for an evening dip, if your rental has access to a pool, or cozy up on the balcony and enjoy the warm breezes!
