Job Description:

(i) Designing of Course inputs/ detailed session plans for all InductionCourses i.e. Foundation Course, Phase-I, II besides Mid Career Trainingcourses.

(ii) Development of Case Studies with teaching notes in the field of DisasterManagement.

(iii) Assist in the evaluation of assignments on Disaster Management.

(iv) To carry out research, advocacy, documentation, consultancy and otheractivities related to disaster management as assigned by the Institute.

v) To conduct training programmes for various stakeholders,

vi) To organise workshops, & seminars.

vii) To undertake capacity building and awareness generation activities.

viii) To develop Information, Education & Communication (IEC) materials.

ix) To assist in bringing out Institute's journals, newsletter and otherpublications.

(x) To liaise with nodal ministries and other government departments on allthe policy and capacity development related matters.

(xi) Any other Job assignment on the subject which can be assigned by theDirector, CDM.

Job Description:

(i) Financial Management including preparation of Annual Action Plan,preparation/ maintenance of accounts, Utilization of funds, Budgetforecast, Auditing & submission of Utilization Certificates.

(ii)

All HR related matters of the Centre

Organisation of Training, Workshops etc. of the Centre.

(iii) Liaisoning with various Institutes/ faculties on behalf of the Centre.

(iv) Any other work as allotted by Director, CDM.
