Objective and Background of the research: The research objective is to know about how the services provided by nature in the form of agriculture and

fisheries benefit the people of the populous deltas. Your HH is selected for this survey so you are invited to participate in this survey.

Rules and Procedure [what is expected of the participants of the survey] - We will ask you questions related to poverty, family expenditure, food expenses, relationship with place,

about benefits, migration, nutrition, health - To know about the nutrition level, weight and height will be measured - If you have children aged more than 1 and less than 5 years then his/her weight and height will be

measured - Blood pressure will be checked to find out whether you hae high blood pressure or not Benefits & Harms: Measuring blood pressure, height and weight will cause you no harm. It will take 8-10 minutes. If you feel
