Donna G. Blankenbaker, MD

Dr. Blankenbaker is a professor in the UW Department of Radiology and fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology. Her special interests are in MR imaging of the hip and sports medicine injuries. She also has expertise in vertebroplasty and spine injections. She is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.

Michael J. Tuite, MD, FACR

Dr. Tuite is professor and Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs in the UW Department of Radiology and fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology. His interests include shoulder imaging, MR of sports injuries, and musculoskeletal interventional radiology. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.

Kirkland W. Davis, MD

Dr. Davis is an associate professor in the UW Department of Radiology and fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology. He is the Section Chief for musculoskeletal radiology. He has a special interest in interventional musculoskeletal procedures, such as vertebroplasty, radiofrequency ablation, cryoablation and spine injections. He also has expertise in extremity and spine hardware and sports medicine imaging, particularly the hip and knee. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.

Jason W. Stephenson, MD

Dr. Stephenson is an assistant professor in the UW Department of Radiology and the co-director of the UW School of Medicine and Public Health Radiology Clerkship. His clinical interests include soft tissue and bone biopsy, spine and joint injection, vertebroplasty, small-part musculoskeletal MRI, imaging of acquired foot alignment abnormalities, and radiology resident and medical student education. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.

Richard Kijowski, MD

Dr. Kijowski is an associate professor in the UW Department of Radiology and fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology. He has a special interest in musculoskeletal MR imaging with emphasis on the knee and elbow. He also has expertise in imaging articular cartilage and advanced MR techniques to measure bone quality in patients with osteoporosis. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.

Kenneth S. Lee, MD

Dr. Lee is an assistant professor in the UW Department of Radiology and fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology. He is an expert in musculoskeletal ultrasound, and is the director of the Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Clinic at Research Park. His interests include US-guided platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections for sports-related injuries. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.

Humberto Rosas, MD

Dr. Rosas is an assistant professor in the UW Department of Radiology and fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology. His expertise is in musculoskeletal intervention, and he is the Director of the Musculoskeletal Intervention at UW Hospital. His special interests include spine injections, vertebroplasty and tumor ablation, as well as MR of wrist injuries. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.

Ken L. Schreibman, MD, PhD, FACR

Dr. Schreibman is a professor in the UW Department of Radiology and fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology. His interests include MR and CT imaging of musculoskeletal injuries and diseases, and teaching musculoskeletal imaging and anatomy to radiologists and non-radiologists. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
