Making of Tool…• It was a Trial Tool so that, No

perfect/Special Tool steels are used in manufacturing of this.

• 2D Blue Print of its component Drawing is given to me. The material was STD steel.

Ultimate GOAL…• My ultimate Goal during my Training is

learn the “Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0 “.

• Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0 will experience 3D contact, belt creation, dynamic analysis of gears, and how to drive slot motor along a curve.

• One can Design Plastic moulds, Die

Casting Dies, Jigs & Fixtures, Mold Flow, Etc.

Design of Milling Fixture…• Fixtures are used to securely locate

and support the work, ensuring that all parts produced using the fixture will maintain conformity, interchangeability.

• The Component has made in injection mould.

• It has long sprue bush gate runner. It will be removed by milling operation on VMC.
