Step 1: Go to the UT Retirement Manager website: www.myretirementmanager.com. Step 2: Step 3: Click on the “I’m a New User” link on the main login page and follow the screen prompts for “User Verification”. You will enter “UT Health Science Center Houston” as your employer and some information about yourself on this page to confirm your identity on UT Retirement Manager. Step 4: Step 5: Step 6: Upon confirming your identity on UT Retirement Manager, follow the screen prompts for “Security Profile Setup” to set up a security profile. Enter your user ID and click on the “Check Availability” button. Your user ID is the employee ID number on your pay advice. Enter and confirm your email address. The email address you enter here will be used to send your password should you ever need to have it reset. Step 7: Use the guidelines on the right side of the page to enter and confirm a password and click “CONTINUE”. Step 8: Select a security image from the list provided and press “CONTINUE”. You will see this image on the password page when you log into UT Retirement Manager. Step 9: Select and answer two security questions and click “CONTINUE”. Please note: Your security question answers are case-sensitive. Step 10: You are now on the UT Retirement Manager Home Page as a registered user. Please follow the instructions below to logon as an Existing User of the site. Step 1: Enter your User ID and click “NEXT”. Step 2: Enter your Password and click “SUBMIT” to log in.
