Nine-day rie deer hunt in all areas: In
2012, the general-season any legal weapon (rie)deer hunt will run rom Oct. 2028 statewide.For a complete list o season dates, please seepage 7.
Changes to general-season archery deerhunt: The general-season archery deer huntwill not be statewide in 2012. I you obtain ageneral-season archery deer permit this year, you
must hunt the unit listed on your permit. I youreinterested in the extended archery season, see theinormation box on page 17.
Extended archery boundary changes: Threeo the extended archery hunt boundaries arechanging in 2012. Visit wildlie.utah.gov/maps tosee the updated maps and boundaries.
Who makes the rules?The Utah Wildlie Board passes the rules
and laws summarized in this guidebook.
There are seven board members, and
each serves a six-year term. Appointed by the
governor, board members are not Division
employees.
The Divisions director serves as the
boards executive secretary but does not have
a vote on wildlie policies.
Beore board members make changes towildlie rules, they listen to recommendations
rom Division biologists. They also receive
input rom the public and various interest
groups via the regional advisory council (RAC)
process.

CHANGES TO THE DEER HUNTStarting in 2012, Utahs general-season deer
hunt will take place in 30 units instead o ve
regions. Its a big change, and we know you have
questions about how its going to work.To answer your questions, weve put together
some easy-to-use online resources, including
a Q&A document and detailed maps. You can
nd these tools at wildlie.utah.gov. Weve also
printed a large map o all the units, which will be
available at any Division oce or license agent
location, starting in early January.
Beore the big game application period openson Feb. 1, we will post additional inormation you
can use in selecting a unit. This inormation will
likely include 2011 harvest data, historic permit
allocations and the latest buck-to-doe ratios on
the 30 units. All o these resources may be useul
as you research your hunt and decide which unitsto apply or.
The switch to 30 units has also prompted
changes to various Division programs, particularly
the Dedicated Hunter Program (see the article
on page 24). This guidebook and the Divisions
website are your best resources or understanding
those changes and navigating the 2012 big game
application period.For the latest inormation, please visit

Dont lose your hunting and fshing privilegesI you commit a wildlie violation, you could lose the privilege o hunting and fshing in Utah.
The Utah Division o Wildlie Resources can suspend the license o
anyone who knowingly, intentionally or recklessly violates wildlie
laws. Your license can be suspended or a wildlie violation i:
You are convicted.
You plead guilty or no contest.
You enter a plea in abeyance or
diversion agreement.
Suspension proceedings are separate and inde-
pendent rom criminal prosecution. The Utah Divisiono Wildlie Resources may suspend your license privileges
whether or not the court considers suspension in your
criminal case. You will be notifed o any action against
your privilege ater criminal proceedings conclude. And
remember, i your license is suspended in Utah, you
may not be permitted to hunt or fsh in most other
states. (Visit ianrc.org to see a map o participating states.)
Smaller group sizes: In 2012, the maximumgroup size is dropping rom ten to our. For moreinormation on applying as a group, see theinormation box on page 17.
Youth-only groups: For the rst time in 2012,youth may apply together in a group o up to ourhunters. For details, see the article on page 22.
Changes to youth opportunities: In orderto hunt all three general deer seasons (archery,muzzleloader and any legal weapon), a youthwho is 18 or younger must obtain a general-season any legal weapon permit. This is a changerom previous years. For details, see the article onpage 22.
New bison hunt: The Utah Wildlie Boardapproved a new bison hunt in the Book Clifs orthe 2012 big game season. This hunt is listed onpage 47.
Buck/bull combo hunt ending: Because o
the switch to unit-based hunting, the Divisionis discontinuing the Northern Region buck/bullcombination hunt. You can use any preerencepoints youve accumulated or this hunt in thegeneral-season buck deer drawing.
Attention Dedicated Hunters: Because o theswitch to unit-based hunting, there will be somechanges to the Dedicated Hunter Program. Fordetails, see the inormation box on page 24.

In 2012, the Division will print and
distribute a large detailed map o the 30
general-season deer units. The map will be
available at Division oces and most license
agent locations. I you draw a general-season deer permit, a map will accompany
your permit in the mail.

Hunting license required: Beore you canapply or a 2012 big game permit, bonus pointor preerence point, you must have a valid Utahhunting or combination license. Please see page12 or more inormation.
Mandatory reporting: Many big gamehunters must report hunt inormation within 30calendar days ater the end o the hunting season(even i they did not harvest an animal). To see iyou are required to reportand to learn how toreportsee the inormation box on page 35 orvisit wildlie.utah.gov/harvestreporting.
Collecting shed antlers: I you want to collectshed antlers and horns rom Feb. 1 to April 15, youmust complete an online course. You will receive acourse-completion certicate that you must carryon your person while collecting the antlers andhorns. For more inormation, see page 7.
Permits or lietime license holders: Iyoure a lietime license holder, see the box onpage 19 or more inormation about selectinga unit and obtaining your general-season deerpermit.
Change in remaining permit sales: I anygeneral-season deer permits remain ater thebig game drawing, they will go on sale in July2012. This year, the Division will split the salesday, ofering the remaining archery and muz-zloader permits on July 19 and the remaining anylegal weapon permits on July 31. For details, seepage 16.
Dont lose your bonus points: I you do notapply or a limited-entry or once-in-a-lietimepermitor a bonus pointat least once in aconsecutive three-year period, you will lose anybig game bonus points youve accrued. For details,see page 18.
And keep in mindDrawing results: The results o the big gamedrawing will be available on May 31, 2012. Formore inormation on how to obtain your results,see page 15.
Field regulations available in May: Utahs2012 Big Game Field Regulations Guidebook will
be available rom license agents and Divisionoces by the end o May 2012. It will include therules or both big game and antlerless hunting.
Antlerless application inormation: Visitwildlie.utah.govby the end o May 2012 to ndthe tools and resources you need to apply or a2012 antlerless permit.
Apply online or depredation hunts:
Occasionally, the Division issues depredationpermits. These permits allow hunters to removenuisance animals that afect homeowners andlivestock. To apply or a depredation permit, visitwildlie.utah.gov/depredation.

Antlerless big gamehunting
Antlerless hunting is the primary tool
biologists use to control the size o big game
herds.In Utah, you can hunt antlerless animals
i you obtain an antlerless permit or the
species you want to hunt. This year, you
can apply online or antlerless deer, elk
and moose permits, and or doe pronghorn
permits.
In May 2012, the Division will provide
online tools and resources to help youprepare or the 2012 antlerless application
period, which runs rom June 121, 2012.
The antlerless drawing results will be avail-
able by July 11.
I any antlerless permits remain avail-
able ater the drawing, you can purchase
them beginning at 8 a.m. on July 17. You
can buy them at wildlie.utah.govand atlicense agent locations and Division oces.
The Division will print the 2012 Utah Big
Game Field Regulations guidebook in late
May. That guidebook will contain inorma-
tion you can use in the eld during both the
big game and antlerless hunts.
Please rememberI you obtain an antlerless deer or elk
permit, you can also obtain a buck deer or a
bull elk permit.
You may have only one pronghorn and
one moose permit each year. I you obtain a
doe pronghorn or a cow moose permit, you
may not obtain a buck pronghorn or a bull
moose permit this year.

You may gather shed antlers or horns
or parts o shed antlers or hornsstate-
wide, but there is one seasonal requirement.
From Feb. 1 to April 15, 2012, you must
have an antler-gathering certicate on
your person while collecting shed antlers
or horns. You can obtain this certicate ree
o charge by visiting wildlie.utah.govand
completing an online education course. You
do not need an antler-gathering certicate
at any other time o the year.
Shed antlers are antlers that a big
game animal has dropped naturally as part
o its annual liecycle. Shed antlers have a
rounded base thats commonly called an
antler button or burr.
A shed horn is the sheath rom thehorn o a pronghorn that the animal has
dropped naturally as part o its annual
liecycle. Pronghorn are the only big game
animals that shed their horns.

CWMU season datesThe Wildlie Board has established the ol-
lowing timerames or hunting on Cooperative
Wildlie Management Units (CWMUs). Hunters
should expect to hunt at least ve days within
these timerames, although the CWMU operatormay allow you to hunt additional days. Beore
you apply or a CWMU permit, contact the opera-
tor to obtain general inormation about hunt
dates, permitted weapons and other rules. I you
draw a permit, you must contact the CWMU
operator to conrm your season dates. For more
inormation on the CWMU program, see the
article on page 25.

BASIC REQUIREMENTSAre you planning to hunt big game in Utah this year? Beore you apply or a permit, make sure
you meet Utahs age, hunter education, license and permit requirements.

I you were born ater Dec. 31, 1965, you
must provide proo that youve passed a hunter
education course approved by the Division beore
you can apply or or obtain a hunting license or a
big game permit.
Proo o hunter educationYou can prove that youve completed hunter
education by obtaining a hunter education course
Certicate o Completion (this certicate is called
a blue card in Utah) or by using a hunting license
rom a previous year with your hunter education
number noted on the license.
How to take hunter educationI you were born ater 1965, you must take
and successully complete the states hunter
education course. Its an easy process:
1. Obtain a hunter education registration
certicate. Each certicate costs only
$10, and you can obtain it online, at any
Division oce or rom a license agent.
2. Register or a class with your local
hunter education instructor.
3. Take your registration certicate to
your instructor on the rst night o class.
4. Successully complete the course
your instructor will then validate your
certicate. The validated certicate
serves as your hunting license.
Are you old enough?Utah Code 23-19-22To hunt big game in Utah, you must be at
least 12 years old.
I youre 11 years oldbut youll be 12 by
Dec. 31, 2012you can apply or or obtain a big
game permit. Remember, you cannot hunt until
you are 12 years old.
I youre 11 to 13 years old, you are eligible to:
Apply or general-season deer or youth any
bull elk permits in the drawing.
Buy general-season deer, general-season
elk and youth any bull elk permits over
the counter.
Buy a Cooperative Wildlie Management
Unit (CWMU) permit directly rom a
CWMU operator.I youre 13 years oldand youll be 14 by

While hunting big game, a personunder 16 years old must be accompanied
by his or her parent, legal guardian or other
responsible person who is 21 years o age
or older and who has been approved by the
parent or guardian.
The Division encourages adults to be
amiliar with hunter education guidelines
or to complete the hunter education coursebeore accompanying youth into the eld.
While in the eld, the youth and the
adult must remain close enough or the
adult to see and provide verbal assistance to
the young hunter. Using electronic devices,
such as walkie-talkies or cell phones, does
not meet this requirement.

Both the registration certicate and the cor-
responding hunting license are valid or 365 days
rom the date o purchase. Note: Your hunting
license is not valid until you complete the hunter
education course.
With a valid hunting license, you can alsoapply or or obtain permits in the Divisions hunt
drawings. In order to maximize your hunting op-
portunities, you should register or and complete
the hunter education course as soon as possible
ater purchasing your registration certicate.
Ater completing the course, you will receive
your ocial hunter education card (commonly
known as the blue card) by mail. It will besent to the address listed on your registration
certicate. This card certies that you passed
hunter education.
You should also keep the ollowing in mind:
Hunters under the age o 16 must be accom-
panied by an adult while hunting.
Regardless o when a student graduates, all
hunting regulations (such as season datesand bag limits) will apply.
Students who are planning to hunt out o
state should allow enough time or their
hunter education card to arrive in the mail.
You can see a list o hunter education courses
at wildlie.utah.gov/huntereducation. You can also
contact your local Division oce or call 801-538-
4727.
New to Utah?I you become a Utah resident, and youve
completed a hunter education course in another
state, province or country, you must obtain a
blue card beore you can buy a resident hunting
license. You can obtain a Utah blue card at any
Division oce by providing proo that youvecompleted a hunter education course approved by
the Division. The card costs $10.
Do you have a license?Utah Code 23-19-1, 23-19-22 and 23-20-3
You must have a current Utah hunting or
combination (hunting and shing) license beore
you can apply or any big game permits, bonus
points or preerence points. Licenses are availableat wildlie.utah.govand rom license agents and
Division oces.
Be sure to take a quick look at the date on
your license beore you apply or any permits or
points. As long as your license is valid on the date
you submit your application, you dont have to
purchase a new license or the actual hunt.
For example, assume that your license expireson June 25, 2012. I you apply beore that date,
you do not have to purchase a new license or
your hunt in the all. All hunting and combination
licenses are valid or 365 days rom the date
o purchase.

To participate in any o Utahs big game hunts,
you need to obtain a hunting permit. See page
13 to learn about the types o permits available
in 2012.
Utah issues most o its big game permits
through the big game hunt drawing. To apply or
this drawing, visit wildlie.utah.govbetween Feb.
1 and March 1, 2012. For additional details andimportant dates, see Applying or a Big Game
Permit on page 14.
Carry your permitI you are successul in obtaining a big game
permit, you must have it on your person while
hunting. You cannot alter your license or permit,
nor can you sell, transer or loan either o them toanother person.

To apply or a resident permit, you must be a
resident on the date the permit is purchased. May
31, 2012 is considered the purchase date o the
permit and the date by which you must establish
residency in the state o Utah. Please see the
resident denition on page 59 to learn whether
you qualiy as a resident.
American Express, Discover, MasterCard
and VISA credit or debit cards may be used as
payment, and they must be valid through June
2012. You can also use a pre-paid credit card. I
you have questions about using a pre-paid credit
card, check with your nancial institution or more
inormation.
When you submit your application, youll be
charged an application ee or each species or
bonus point you applied or. I you havent bought
your license yet, youll also be charged a license
ee. You will not be charged a permit ee unless
you draw a permit.

hunt almost every hunting unit in Utah

Only Utah residents can apply or

The waiting period or buck deer and buck
pronghorn is two years. The bull elk waiting
period is ve years. Waiting periods do not apply
to general-season permits.
Once-in-a-lietime permits
Utah Admin. Rule R657-62-19Bull moose, bison, Rocky Mountain bighorn
sheep, desert bighorn sheep and Rocky Mountain
goat permits are once-in-a-lietime permits.
I you obtain a once-in-a-lietime permit or a
particular species, such as a bull moose permit,
you may not apply or a bull moose permit again
in the drawing.
You can still apply or other once-in-a-lietime
species that you havent drawn a permit or.
Also, i youve been convicted o unlawully
taking a once-in-a-lietime species, you may
never apply or or obtain a permit or that
species again.

I youre under a waiting period or a certain
species, you can still obtain any permit that re-
mains or that species ater the drawing, but your
waiting period will start all over again.
Applying as a groupUtah Admin. Rule R657-62-7 and R657-62-19
Instead o applying as an individual
hunter, you and your riends and amily can
apply together as a group.
Both residents and nonresidents can
apply together. However, i youre a Utah
resident and you decide to apply with
a nonresident, make sure nonresident
permits are available or each hunt your
group is applying or. I nonresident permits
are not available or a hunt your group is
applying or, the nonresident and everyoneelse in the groupincluding the Utah
residentswill not be allowed to draw or
that hunt unit.
Up to our hunters can apply together
or limited-entry, premium limited-entry,
general-season deer and resident CWMU
deer, elk or pronghorn permits. Group ap-
plications are not accepted or managementbuck deer hunts.
I your group is successul in the draw-
ing, all o the applicants in your group who
have valid applications will receive a permit.
NOTE: Young hunters can now apply as
part o a youth-only group. Please see page
22 or more inormation about Utahs
youth hunting opportunities.
Extended archery deerhuntUtah Admin. Rule R657-5-23
I you obtain a general-season archery
deer permit in 2012and you com-
plete the online extended archery ethics
courseyou may also hunt any o Utahs
extended archery areas during the extended
archery deer season.
In December 2011, the Utah Wildlie
Board approved changes to three extended
archery boundaries or the 2012 season. To
see the updated maps and boundaries, visitwildlie.utah.gov/maps.
The online archery ethics course is an
annual requirement or archers who want
to hunt the extended areas and seasons. To
take the course, visitgo.usa.gov/5b beore
the extended seasons begin. Ater you
successully complete the course, print your
completion certicate and keep it with youwhile hunting.
Please keep in mind that in 2012, the
extended archery deer season is scheduled
to begin the day ater the general-season
archery deer hunt ends.

CWMU, conservation,convention and landownerpermitsUtah Admin. Rule R657-62-19
I you obtain a CWMU, conservation, conven-
tion or landowner permit rom a private individual
or organizationor deer, elk or pronghorn
you wont be subject to a waiting period.
The rules regarding CWMU and once-in-a-
lietime permits are as ollows:
I you have obtained a once-in-a-lietime
permit in the public drawing in the past, youmay buy a once-in-a-lietime permit rom a
landowner or a CWMU operator.
I you have not obtained a once-in-a-
lietime permit in the public drawingand
you buy a once-in-a-lietime permit rom a
landowner or a CWMU operatoryou may
not obtain a permit in the public drawing
or that species in the uture.
I you have obtained a once-in-a-lietime
permit in the wildlie convention drawing,
you may not apply or that species in any
other public drawing.
Bonus pointsUtah Admin. Rule R657-62-8
Utahs bonus point system has been put in
place to increase your chance o drawing a big
game permit.
Every time you apply or a limited-entry,
premium limited-entry, management buck deer,CWMU or once-in-a-lietime permit, but you
dont draw one, you receive a bonus point or
that species.
Applying or a general buck deer permit will
not afect your ability to obtain a bonus point or
limited-entry deer. I you draw a general buck
deer permit, youll still receive a bonus point i
you are unsuccessul in drawing a limited-entry,premium limited-entry or CWMU deer permit.
Dont lose your pointsI you do not apply or a big game limited-
entry or once-in-a-lietime permitor a bonus
pointat least once in a consecutive three-year
period, you will lose any big game bonus points
youve accrued.
This rule went into efect in 2009, and point
loss will not occur until ater the 2012 antlerless
drawing.
I you havent applied or a limited-entry or
once-in-a-lietime permit or point in the past two
years, simply apply or one o them in 2012 to
avoid losing your points.

permit a better chance at drawing one the ollow-
ing year.Each time you apply or one o these permits
and dont draw one, youll receive a preerence
point. Please keep in mind that preerence points

not or a particular hunting unit.
Applying or a preerence
pointEven i you wont be hunting general-season
buck deer in 2012, you can still apply or a
preerence point by selecting code GDR on your
application and paying a $10 application ee. The
application period is Feb. 1March 8, 2012.
Draw a permit, receive a
preerence pointI you hunt general-season buck deer, its
worth your time to mark more than just your rst
hunt choice when applying or a permit.
I you arent successul in drawing your
rst choicebut you draw your second, third,
ourth or th choiceyou will still receive a

as your rst choice and the Cache unit as your
second choice, and then you draw a permit or the

What happens i you obtain a permit and then
realize you wont be able to use it?
As long as your season hasnt started, you
should consider surrendering the permit. Its an
easy process, and its important i you want to
keep your bonus points or preerence points and
avoid a waiting period.
Depending on the type o permit you have,
there are diferent rules or surrendering it. For
more inormation on surrendering a permit,
please seego.usa.gov/I8V.
Individuals
How permit surrender afects bonuspoints
I you draw a limited-entry, premium limited-
entry or once-in-a-lietime permitand then
you decide to surrender itits a good idea to
return it to the Division beore the season opens.
I you surrender it beore the start o the
season, youll get all o your bonus points back,
and youll receive a bonus point or that year.Youll also be eligible to purchase a reallocated
permit or any other available permit youre
eligible to obtain.
Obtain permission tohunt private property
I you want to hunt on private property,
you must obtain written permission rom
the landowner beore you can hunt. Ideally,you should have permission beore you even
apply or a permit.
I you obtain written permission in
advance, you know youll be able to use the
permit i you draw it.
The Division cannot guarantee access
to private land, and the agency does not
have the names o landowners who ownproperty where hunts occur.

permit or a CWMU permit, you can surrender it.
Limited-entry private landowner permits
must be surrendered beore the season the permitwas issued or opens.
To surrender a CWMU permit, there are two
options. I possible, you should surrender your
CWMU permit beore the CWMU season opening
dates listed on page 8.
To surrender your permit ater the CWMU
season has started, you and the person who
issued the permit to you (the CWMU operator or
the landowner-association operator) must sign
an adavit stating that you did not hunt with the
permit. Both o the signatures must be notarized.
Ater the signatures are notarized, submit the
adavit and the unused permit to the Division.

CHANGES FOR YOUNG HUNTERSIn 2012, there will be a ew changes to youth hunting opportunities. Multiple-season deer hunt-
ing will change slightly, and youth will be able to apply together in youth-only groups. Despite
those changes, one thing will remain the same: Twenty percent o Utahs general-season buck
deer permits will still be reserved or young hunters.
You must also pay a $10 handling ee to
exchange a permit.
Duplicate licensesUtah Code 23-19-10 & Utah Admin. Rule R657-5-5
I your unexpired license or permit is de-
stroyed, lost or stolen, you can obtain a duplicate
rom a Division oce or a license agent or $10 or
hal o the price o the original license or permit,
whichever is less.
The Division may require that you sign an
adavit testiying that the license or permit was
lost, stolen or destroyed.
To obtain a duplicate limited-entry or once-in-a-lietime permit, you must visit a Division oce.
I you drew a license or permit, but you
never received it, the Division may waive the ee
that you would normally have to pay to get a
duplicate.

Permit exchangesThe switch to 30 general-season deer units
has afected the Divisions approach to permit
exchanges.
You may exchange your permit or one thats
available in another unit, but it must be or the
same species and sex. For example, you cannot
exchange a buck deer permit or a bull elk permit.
The exchange must occur beore the season open-
ing date on the permit you originally obtained.
Hunting multiple
seasonsI you will be 18 years o age or younger onAug. 18, 2012 (the opening day o the general-
season archery deer hunt), you might have some
extra hunting waiting or you this all. It all
depends on what type o general-season deer
permit you obtain.
Any legal weapon permitsI you obtain a general-season any legalweapon deer permit, you may use archery tackle
to archery hunt the unit listed on your permit
rom Aug. 18Sept. 14, 2012.
I you havent harvested a deer by the time
the archery season ends, you may hunt the same
unit during the general muzzleloader and general
any legal weapon deer seasons, using the ap-
propriate equipment.
When those seasons endi you still

When you apply in a youth-only group or the
general-season deer hunt, all hunters must meet
the age requirement or the application will not be
processed with the other youth applications.

Youth elk permitsUp to two youthsmay apply together or
youth any bull elk permits, but both individuals
must be 18 years o age or younger on Sept. 15,

To learn more about the programs require-
ments and to read important reminders, pleasevisit wildlie.utah.gov/dh.
Joining the programOnline applications or the Dedicated Hunter
Program will be accepted rom Feb. 1March 1,
2012 (as part o the 2012 big game application
process). You may apply as an individual or in
groups o up to our hunters. Results o the draw-
ing will be available on May 31, 2012.
To apply or the program, visit
wildlie.utah.gov/dh and click How to apply in
the menu at the right o the page. The links will
walk you through the programs online orienta-
tion course and lead you to the online application.
You must successully complete the orienta-
tion course beore you will be able to apply online.The course takes a minimum o 30 minutes to
complete. Do not wait until the last minute, or
you might not have time to complete the course
and submit your application beore the deadline.
You must pay a $10 application ee to apply
or the program. I your application is drawn,
you will be charged the appropriate program ee.

The Dedicated Hunter drawing will takeplace as part o the 2012 big game draw-

Utahs Cooperative Wildlie Management Unit(CWMU) program provides landowners with an
economic incentive to keep their private range
and orest lands as productive wildlie habitat.
The landowners receive vouchers or hunting
permits, which they can sell or prot, as long as
they also allow a percentage o public hunters on
their lands.
CWMUs comprise more than two millionacres o land in Utah. They will provide more than
3,400 hunting permits or bucks and bulls in
2012. About 14 percent o those permits are avail-
able to the general public through the states big
game drawing.
Obtaining a CWMU permit
I youre a Utah resident, there are two ways toobtain a CWMU permit: you can apply or one in
the states big game drawing, or you can obtain a
permit voucher rom the landowner or operator o
the CWMU you want to hunt.
I youre not a resident o Utah, you cannot ap-
ply or a CWMU permit in the public drawing. You

Mandatory reportingI you obtain a premium limited-entry,
limited-entry, management buck deer, CWMU,
conservation, sportsman, convention or once-
in-a-lietime permit, you must complete a har-
vest survey questionnaire within 30 days ater
your hunt ends. This inormation is required
even i you didnt harvest an animal.I you harvested an animal, this is an ideal
time to return your tooth packet. Returning
your tooth packet does not ulll the harvest
survey requirement.
You can report harvest inorma-
tion about your hunt online by visiting
wildlie.utah.gov/harvestreporting or by calling
1-800-221-0659.
Reporting your hunt inormation is impor-
tant. I you dont report your hunt inormation
within 30 days o the end o the hunt, you
wont be allowed to apply or a once-in-a-
lietime, premium limited-entry, limited-entry,
management buck deer or CWMU permits, orbonus points in 2013.
I you didnt report your 2011 harvest
survey questionnaire by the deadline, you
can restore your eligibility to apply or a 2012
permit by paying a $50 late ee. For more
