Aqua Starter : eliminates the need for any manual switching of pumps installedfor the purpose of pumping water from a reservoir to an overhead tank. Itautomatically switches on the pump, when the water level in the overhead tank goesbelow a pre-determined low position and switches it off, as soon as the water levelreaches a pre-determined full tank level, So, there is no overflow, optimum usage ofpumps, provided the water level in the reservoir is above a certain level. It alsoprevents 'dry run' of the pump, by alerting the user by an alarm sound, in case thelevel in the underground tank goes below the suction level.Our Mission

Aqua Starter or WPC-DTLI System Installation procedureCombine with the Unicom Solutions Provider's WPC-DTLI System for optimum

motor pump use and efficient tank level controller with perfect performance; Mountcontroller box under dash;

Connect colour coded relay harness and WPC-DTLI or Aqua Starter wire loom tothe mating connectors on controller and pump;

Place the water sensor in to the Overhead Water tank or Sintex in horizontalposition.

Important Information Prior To UseThis Aqua Starter (WPC-DTLI) System is intended to be used only with personal

Water Pump only.No user serviceable parts inside. Live mains present inside the circuits can

render fatal electric shock.Do not plug anything else except Water Pump to the Aqua Starter (WPC-DTLI)

System since it draws a very high initial warm up current.Water pumps, draws a very high initial start up current. So, maintain

precautions in handling it online.Keep the Aqua Starter (WPC-DTLI) System away from Fire/ Heat and do not

allow water or any foreign object to get inside.Make sure that the Wall Socket for A.C. Input to Aqua Starter (WPC-DTLI)

and put the wall Starter to ON position. The Aqua Starter (WPC-DTLI) System goes intoSTANDBY SENSE SING MODE indicated by MULTI-COLOR LED on the front panel andthe moment it detects low level it starts the water pump automatically, in MOTOR ONindicated by GREEN LED. RED LED indicates the process of FUSE BLOWN.

It is advisable to set the system on always in AUTO MODE ON; the Aqua Starter(WPC-DTLI) System is ready for regular use.

Connect all the power cords of the water pump to the relevant correct socketsat the Aqua Starter (WPC-DTLI) System on power connection panel, and connect thesensor probes connection wire from the overhead water tank, to the panel below.

Press the front upside panel Starter to ON position. The Aqua Starter (WPC-DTLI) System will come into active operation and the connected water pump will bepowered up with regulated sensing impulse and keep it running to ensure optimumuse of both clean water and costly electricity bill, so, there is no overflow and nomessy around.

Press the level check / reset option to check the level of water, by the lightedFull Tank (BLUE LED) or Low Tank (RED LED) in the overhead tank. Release it for ResetOption to back to Auto On mode.

The installation or repairing done with unauthorized technical personal withoutvalid certification from the company, makes null & void of the guaranty / warranty

regarding the level of water present, in the over-head water tank of a multi- storiedbuilding that has water supply pipelines for the distribution of water for bothhousehold and commercial use. This system gives the user, the benefit of knowing thelevel of water in the water tank by the number of lighted LED lights or by the beepingsounds of an alarm, which reminds the user, that the pump is running dry with nowater to pump up and to stop it, so as to save the pump from burning. This system notonly indicates the quantity of water present in the tank but also automatically startsand stops, the water pump, when there is the need of filling the tank or when there ischance of water overflowing from the tank. Thus this system when installed can savethe user from the trouble of going up-stairs to see the quantity of water present in thetank directly or visually. But, that's not all; it saves the unnecessary wastage of cleanand life saving water being overflowed, due to timely stopping of the pump and alsouser saves the amount of electricity bill that accumulates to a large sum of money, atthe end of the each month. So, this system reduces and saves electricity bill andwastage of water, when installed, for both domestic and commercial uses in the urbanareas.

To provide automatic control to water pump. Starts the pump when level in theoverhead (destination) tank is LOW and switches it off when the tank is FULL. This is

suitable where the source of water is unlimited (like groundwater or in case of a tube-well). Models to operate single-phase pumps directly or 3-phase pump through itsstarter coil.

SELF-AUTO MODEYou start the pump, but often forget to Starter it off, resulting in OVERFLOW -

Large ApplicationsMost large buildings and Housing complexes have a requirement for storage

and handling of water. Where raw water is drawn from ground, there is a furtherrequirement of purification of water before supply. Further there is a requirement oftreatment of wastewater and it's handling and disposal. It implies managingwastewater pumps through automation. Hotels, Restaurants, Dairies, Municipalcorporations and Industrial users It is important for consultants and architects todesign water supply and disposal in such a way as to ensure that the users never have

to worry about handling pumps and checking levels as a routine.

Where a number of buildings are supplied water from one set of pumps, a veryeffective plan is through a ring-main, which supplies water to all the feeders. This typeof systems is operated based on levels. The system is configured to operate in such away that the pump will be switches ON when level in any ONE tank drops, but will beswitches OFF, when all the tanks are full.

All tanks are provided with normally open sensor probes. These areindependent of the water level controller and operate as Float /submersed type sensorprobes. Each tank has one level controller to prevent overflow. As each tank gets filledup, it gives the signal to the pump to Starter off. Just below this overflow level (theoutlet pipe) of this tank, thereby preventing overflow. When the last tank fills up, thepump switches off.

The unit may also have a level indicator to give the availability in primary tank.For the level indication, system can be placed at any suitable location near the pumproom.

Let me quote a smallincident that urged me to think for a solution to such a small but great problems, thatnot only makes us to pay hefty sum of money for electricity but still, we lose a greatdeal of precious water every month, and that's not all, still we have to be alert toStarter off the pump or else a lot of water will get overflowed, all due to, not timelyswitching off the water pump in both domestic and commercial buildings.

It so happened, one day early in the morning, I woke up on hearing thesound of the water motor pump running, that lifts water from the undergroundreservoir to the over-head water tank. I quite in sleepy mood came out of my bed tosee who turned the water pump so early in the morning. To my utter disbelief, I foundthat my mother was strolling impatiently on the balcony. I enquired what made, whyshe turned on the pump so early in the morning, at this she replied that, she woke up

and went to bathroom to brush her teeth and wash her face. But to her utter dismay,when she turned on the tap of the washbasin, she found that it was dry, to verify ifthere is water in the tank, or it is empty, she turned on the other taps but thecondition was same as there was no water in the overhead Sintex tank. So it becameessential to turn on the water pump. So she was standing to shut off the pump whenthe tank is full. Then I asked her why was strolling impatiently in the balcony, she told

me, that she has to urgently answer to the nature's call. So, she asked me to keep awatch, to Starter off the water pump, when the overflowing, excess water will fall fromthe overflow pipe of the overhead Sintex tank, as a sign of the water tank full. Sayingso, she went to bathroom, to answer to the call of the nature as her usual earlymorning habit. After she went in side, I remained there, waiting with sleepy eyes, to goto bed, after switching off the water pump. As time was passing by and me waiting forthe glimpse of the falling water, as it took time to fill the whole Sintex tank, filled up tothe brim with water. But as all knows that waiting is boring, and that too for switchingoff the water pump, when the whole world is fast changing from manual to automatic,like we use Inverter to give us electricity when there is load shading or power failure,or like the washing machine that cleans our cloths automatically, or the dish cleanerthat cleans our used cups and plates, than an idea came to me, why not go to themarket to buy such a product to lessen the trouble of filling and controlling the water

tank, so also the pump. When I enquired into different electrical and electronic shops, Ifound that, they don't have such a product to sell me that can help the people like us,from the trouble of switching the water pump on or off. After my futile search, to getsome remedy for my need, I thought and decided that if, I can't get something tomitigate my pain, than I should make such gadget to help my mother and otherpeople who need such sophisticated but useful home user gadget, from the troublethat we face every day.

So, with that aim, my journey into this venture began, after muchobservation and analysis, into the cause and need, for such a unique gadget and it'snecessity and effect on water users, made vigorous experiments and trials. At lastafter much failure and tiresome Labour, the final but the perfect system was devised,which was not only, user friendly, better in terms of service but is hygienic also andthat's not all because the most interesting fact is that, it's maintenance cost was nil.Once installed, the user gets complete peace of mind from all the troubles of waterpump and tank related problems.
