TO REGISTER
Visit TheHartfordAtWork.com and click the Register Now link.
Using The Hartford At Work Website
Enter your personal information:
• Employee ID• First Name• Last Name• Date of Birth• Zip Code• Email
Then, click Next.
On the next few screens, you will create a user ID, password, hint question and hint answer.
Once you’ve reported a claim, your information will be accessible on The Hartford at Work website. To
report a claim, call 1-800-55-SYSCO and say “leave” to be connected to The Hartford.

TO LOG IN
Go to TheHartfordAtWork.com and enter the user ID and password you created when you registered.
Then, click Log In.
If you have trouble logging in, call The Hartford’s Customer Support number shown above the Login.
TO ACCESS YOUR LEAVE INFORMATION
From the home page, click the Report and Check Leave of Absence link.
From the Employee Home screen, click the Leave ID number to see more details.

From the leave detail screen, you can:
• See a summary of your leave details and/or print them (arrow A).• Submit a request for time off, if your leave is intermittent (arrow B).• Read, download or print copies of your notifications (arrow C).

TO CHECK DISABILITY CLAIM STATUS
From the home page, click the Report and Check Leave of Absence link
Then, click Log In.
If you have trouble logging in, call The Hartford’s Customer Support number shown above the Login.
TO ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION
From the home page, click the Report and Check Claims link.
Then, click the Check Claim Status button.
Enter your Hartford ID number, then click Submit. You can find the ID number in a letter from the Hartford.
