IMPORTANT TERMS USED IN THIS MANUAL Registrant : the person who register himself/herself and others as participants Participant : the person under which name will be eligible to enter and participate in the ADS 2016

Please follow these instructions to be fully registered in Asian Discipleship Summit 2016:

Registration and Payment Confirmation Instructions

1. Go to www.comefollowme2016.com and click on the Register Now button.

2. You will be redirected to a new page. In this page, you will be asked to create an ac-count.

3. Fill up your name, email, password, which country you are living in, etc, and click Make an Account. The data you fill up here is only for logging into the new registration system. It is NOT your registration.

4. You'll be brought into the new registration system. This will allow you to register multiple persons under your login information. You will be able to save your data and finish your registration at another time as well as to add other people later. YOUR EARLY BIRD RATE IS NOT SHOWN HERE. IT WILL BE SHOWN IN YOUR INVOICE.

5. You will see a list of registration packages and the price. Choose how many people you want to register. Please choose 1 package if you are registering yourself. An example: a Small Group Leader, of 5 single brothers, will write 5 and click Add Package to register his whole group. A married brother who is registering his whole family with up to 3 chil-dren (0-11 years old), will write 1 and click Add Package (as it is counted as 1 family package).

6. Click on the Participant Name or Edit icon to fill up each participant’s details.

7. Fill up every detail. You must enter the email of each participant for we need this to give the participant the lesson's slide presentation right when he/she enters the class at the Summit. If a participant doesn’t have any email, you can use a substitute email, that can be yours or others. Cellphone number will be used by your country’s admin to contact you should there be any question.

8. Repeat step 6-7 until you fill the detail of all participants you wish to register, then click Next. Please delete any package you don’t edit (surplus). Otherwise, you won’t be able to proceed.

9. An invoice will be created. You will see the Total Price of all participants you register in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) as well as in USD, because these are the only 2 currencies ac-cepted by our Payment Gateway Service Provider in Indonesia. Please choose your pay-ment Method.

A. If you choose Bank Transfer method, you will be shown your home church's Bank Ac-count. Click Finish. Go to step 10.

B. If you choose Credit Card method, you will be redirected to our Payment Gateway (DOKU) in which you can fill your credit card details securely. There is a Bank Fee of 4% that will be charged to your credit card. Go to step 16

10.You will be redirected to thank you page where you are shown the steps required to finish the registration.

11.Please check your email (the email you use for registration account, not the participant email). Make sure you receive a Registration Invoice, stating all participant you register.

12.After make the payment, keep the receipt. If you don’t have it, contact your church ad-min.

13.Login back to the system.

14.Click “Payment Confirmation” menu. Fill up all the payment details. You must upload your transfer receipt, before your payment can be confirmed (accept PDF, JPG, PNG type of files). Click Submit. If you lost your transfer receipt, go to FAQ no. 7.

15.You will get payment confirmation email once your payment is received and confirmed by your country’s admin. The attachment in the payment confirmation email will give you the detail amount transferred.

16. If you pay using Credit Card, then you’ll be redirected to DOKU page where you can in-put your credit card details securely. Fill up every detail and click Process Payment button to proceed. You will receive a text message to confirm the payment.

17.Once your credit card payment is processed successfully, you will be redirected to a Thank You page.

18.When you are back at your registration dashboard, you'll see your invoice marked PAID if you have made a full payment, as stated in the invoice. Registrant’s email will receive an email containing all participants’ E-Ticket. All participants’ email will also receive a link to their own E-Ticket.

19.Click the Print E-Ticket button in the email to print the E-Ticket or login back to the system to see all E-Tickets of all participants.

20.YOU MUST PRINT the E-Ticket and BRING it to the Summit for a Name Badge and Summit Kit. Please read Terms and Conditions carefully. For our own goodness, please don’t lose your E-Ticket after you print it. Otherwise, it can be misused by other people. Please contact us ASAP if it happens.

WARNING: THIS IS NOT THE FINAL STEP. YOU MUST INFORM US ABOUT YOUR HOTEL BOOKING, ROOMMATE, AND FLIGHT SCHED-ULE TO BE FULLY REGISTERED.

Hotel Booking and Roommate

21.Choose Hotel Booking menu. Click on the Hotel Booking button.

22.The room is twin sharing. Input your roommate’s Participant ID. This can be found on his/her E-Ticket.

Please be noted in these conditions before putting your roommate: A. This is optional. If you want to occupy your room alone, you need to contact us

personally. But, you have to pay double for registration as the price is for twin sharing. Or if you are not sure who your roommate is, we can assign it for you. Just leave it blank.

B. Choosing roommate is only applicable for Youth and Adult package. Family pack-age is automatically has all participants in one room.

C. You can only choose roommate from participants with the same package like you.

D. If you are still SINGLE, you MUST PUT ROOMMATE OF THE SAME GENDER. Any violation will result in your registration being cancelled and your money is not refunded.

E. If your roommate has already put you as his/her roommate, you will be given noti-fication in your Hotel Booking menu. All of his/her booking details will be copied to you. You can’t change booking details. Only the first person can.

F. If you or your roommate has already put other participant as their roommates, you won’t be able to change it at this moment. Changing roommates are currently AD-S2016 Organizer’s (Indonesian admins) privileges. Please contact us to change them.

23.Click Add button. Your roommate’s name will be shown under the input field. 24.Choose your hotel. Only 5-star hotel participants who can choose Hotel Name at this

moment. The rest will be allocated by the ADS 2016 Organizer. 25. Input your check-in date at the Summit's arranged hotel. The default check-in time is

June 16, 2016 at 2 PM. 26. Input your check-out date at the Summit's arranged hotel. The default check-out time is

June 20, 2016 at 12 PM. The Summit’s package is valid for 4 days and 4 nights. If you choose any other days but still within 4 days and 4 nights, you'll get no extra charge. Should you need more, you'll get a new invoice which you have to pay and confirm again.

ATTENTION! Extra night will be charged USD 140 / night / room. The room can be occupied by two persons. So, the charge for extra night is valid for two people. If your roommate has already chosen the booking details, such as hotel and check-in and check-out dates, all of his/her booking details and invoice will be copied to you. You can’t change booking details. Only the first person can. Extra nights invoice can be can-celled by assigning back the check-in time and check-out time to 4 days range. Click on the button Hotel Booking again to change your hotel booking details.

27.Click Submit. You will receive Extra Night Invoice Email. 28.Repeat step 21-27 for every participant. 29.Confirm the payment. Repeat step no. 14. Once your country’s admin approve it, you will

receive Extra Night Payment Receipt email. 30.Please pay any outstanding invoices no longer than April 30, 2016. Failure to do so will

result your extra night booking being cancelled and your stay will be assigned to default Summit date, which is on June 16, 2016 to June 20, 2016.

Flight Schedule 31. If you wish to be picked up and dropped off at Bali International Airport (Ngurah Rai Air-

port), choose Flight Schedule menu. Click on the Flight Schedule button. 32. Input every detail in the form. We have made the date selectable only from June 9, 2016 -

June 26, 2016 to make it easier. Should you need more, please contact us personally. Don’t forget to mention your Airline name and Flight No.

33.Click Submit. 34.Repeat step 31-34 for every participant.

Excursions (Tours) 35.There are also Excursions (Tours) we are going to organise, but will inform you later once

it's set and ready for booking. Stay tuned.

Total number of emails a registrar will receive is 4-6 emails depending on your registration requirements. They are (in order): Registration Account Email, Registration Invoice Email, Registration Payment Receipt Email, E-Ticket Email, Extra Night Invoice Email, and Extra Night Payment Receipt Email.

Please read all instructions, and terms and conditions carefully. If you have any further ques-tion, please read our FAQ sections or contact us directly.

CONGRATS! YOU’VE BEEN FULLY REGISTERED IN ASIAN DISCIPLESHIP SUMMIT 2016. PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO PRINT YOUR E-TICKET AND BRING TO THE SUMMIT!

FAQ

1. I’ve done registration before and already paid to my church’s admin. Do I still need to do this registration on the new system?

Yes, you have to. This is totally separated system from the previous one. It was only an early inquiries for the registration. Now, we are going to count all the participants based on this new system. Because here you get the invoice and do payment confir-mation. We also get the payment from participants who don’t use Bank Transfer, so they use Credit Card, through this system. This system will integrate all things we need: from registration, hotel booking, credit card payment, E-Ticket, Flight Sched-ules, Tours (To Be Arranged), Class Schedules (To Be Confirmed), etc. So, please regis-ter again.

2. Does the system allow me to change package after registering and paying? e.g., from adult package to family package?

At the moment, after you pay, do payment confirmation, and admins from your coun-try already confirm the payment, you will get E-Ticket and won’t be able to change package. Unless we, admin, cancel the invoice and the E-Ticket. If cancelation oc-curs, there will be no refund if the newer invoice is cheaper than the old one. On the other hand, if the newer invoice is more expensive than the first one, you have to pay the debt to be marked PAID. But, if you’ve paid, but admins haven’t approved that, you can still change your package. Go to FAQ no. 3 to do that.

3. Does the system allow me to change the payment method? Say after clicking Credit Card and now I want to change to Bank Transfer.

Yes. Follow these steps to change that: 1. Log in to the system. Go to Invoice. Click Edit on the Invoice you want to

change.

2. If you want to change any detail of the participant, click on the name. Other-wise, just click Next.

3. Choose Bank Transfer and then click Finish.

4. You’ll be redirected to Thank You page. If you click on Invoice menu again, you will see the the payment method is changed. It’s the same procedure if you want to change from Bank Transfer to Credit Card, too.

4. For the family package, all children will be charged for lunch buffet + activities USD30/child. But the child may not need the buffet lunch. Can I put all of my children’s names but can choose whether the child wants the buffet lunch or not?

We tried to negotiate with the Convention Centre so that we can organise our own meals for the Kids, but it's their policy not having outside food in the Venue. The number of kids joining also shoot up to around 700 kids and the number keeps growing.

It's almost impossible to organise buses to take the Children and Parents out for Lunch during the Lunch Break and to take all of them back in time for the next class-es. There are no nearby, walking distance 'good price' Restos in the area, as it is a Re-sort & Convention Area.

We did not anticipate this in the beginning.

Fortunately, they gave us a solution where they provide us with 3 Days Kid Lunch Buffet and Rooms for Kids' Activities in the Convention Centre during our Classes for small amount of extra charges. It saves organisers and the parents some headache and also allows the Kids to have a great time during our Classes.

Therefore, we need to add the extra USD30/kid. We made it compulsory for every kid because we did not have better option. But if we break it down, we need to come out only USD10 / kid / day. Taxi coming out from the resort area will cost you more.

The kids will be entitled of: 1. 3 Days Kids Lunch Buffet 2. 3 Days Kids Activities:

• Friday : Kids’ Carnival • Saturday : Indonesian Culture Classes • Sunday : Sunday School

And if it’s still too much for you, please contact us personally to [email protected]. We don’t want the cost hinders you from gathering with us! :)

5. Here, a 12 year old is still a pre-teen and do advise if the child can be under the family package?

It's the hotel which will charge us, the organizer, if the kids in the room are above 12 years old at the time of the Summit. They have been so generous to us that allow us to bring 3 children under 12 years old staying in one family room for free. We must pro-vide the exact age of your children when you check in. We suggest that you order

youth packages for 12 years old and older children. Thank you for your understand-ing.

6. After entering information for credit card, the system asked me to enter state address, which we do not have it in Japan.

You can use your city again at that field. It’s okay. Anyway, please contact us as soon as possible if you have any trouble regarding payment through credit card.

7. Do we need to upload receipt on payment confirmation? I lost it already.

We strongly suggest that you keep the receipt upon payment. If you lose it, you should contact your church’s admin in your country personally to approve it directly, mention your invoice number created by the system, and let them bypass the pay-ment confirmation process.

8. Could you please send me the pdf? it's not easy for a Chinese to download the pdf.

Please contact us through email. We will send you directly through email.

9. Is there any registration only package?

We are sorry, but no we don’t have it. The reason why we come out with the Packages is to help the participants to be able to enjoy the Conference without having to worry about having to book or search for the Accomodation. The selected Hotels also have been surveyed for their qualities, suitability for our event and proximity to the Convention Centre. We made sure that they gave us their best rate. Another important reason is easier for the Organiser to arrange the Shuttles for the event. We hope to save the money of the Participants by providing Transportation dur-ing the events. Taxi can cost a bit! When we stay together with other participants, we will certainly have a great time of Fellowship! Therefore, we do not have Registration Only in our System as we discourage Partici-pants from doing so.

10. Are there any Terms and Conditions?

Yes, there are.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Changes of Participant Names, Hotel, Roommate, Flight, and Excursions details You MUST fix the participant's name or substitutions, if any, and all of the details by April 30, 2016. We need to recap all data and print all the name badges for the Sum-mit Participant Kit after that. Name changes will only be accepted via the online sys-

tem. All changes via e-mail, fax, or personal chat and after April 30, 2016 will NOT be processed.

Lost of Name Badge All participants are encouraged to wear name tag/badge to obtain privileges to the Summit programs and facilities. This is needed to enter classes as the presentations

will be emailed to you once you enter the class, so you can focus on the lessons and bring home the convictions. If you lose, misplace, or forget the name badge, a handling fee of IDR 100,000 or US$ 10.0 will be charged for every replace-ment. Upon handing out the replacement name badge, the old name badge will be deacti-vated and become invalid. This is for security reason.

Letter of Invitation ADS2016 Organizer will issue an invitation letter upon request. The purposes of the letter are to facilitate the participants' travel visa arrangements or personal permission to office or school and does not imply the provision of any financial by the Organizer. All expenses incurred in relation to the Summit are the sole responsibility of the par-ticipant. To receive a Letter of Invitation, participant must first register for the Asian Discipleship Summit 2016 and submit pay-ment in full. The letter can be obtained through personal email to [email protected]. Should the visa not be granted, full regis-tration fee will be refunded by sending proof by showing us the letter from the embassy/consulate.

ADS2016 Organizer will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of applicants. It is the sole re-sponsibility of the partici-pants to take care of their visa requirements (see sec-tion on Visa in the website:

Methods of Payment You MUST PAY any outstanding in-voices for registration, extra nights, and excursions (if any) by APRIL 30, 2016. Payment can be made through Bank Transfer or Credit Card.

Should you wish to pay by Bank Trans-fer, we must receive the payment in full amount, and any handling fees for re-mittance will be borne by the partici-pants. Don't forget to confirm the pay-ment through this online system.

Should you wish to pay by Credit Card, Indonesian banking regulation stipulates a surcharge for any remittance by Credit Card. If you pay by VISA/MASTER an additional 4% should be added to the total amount. Payment must be made in advance.

NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION can be made.

Data Protection and Sharing of Contact Details The Asian Discipleship Summit 2016 Organizer will collect and store all personal data for the preparation and execution of the Asian Discipleship Summit 2016. No financial details of participants are kept by the Asian Discipleship Summit 2016 Orga-nizer. In addition, the Asian Discipleship Summit 2016 Organizer may periodically share contact details of participants with third parties that may use these details to contact participants regarding activities at the Summit or other party which may be of interest. Therefore data might be passed on to third parties unless otherwise explicitly indicated by the participant.

Disclaimer Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all features of the Summit mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, ADS2016 Organizer reserves the prerogative to make last minute changes should they arise.

In the event that the Asian Discipleship Summit 2016 cannot be held or will have to be changed due to events beyond the control of the Oganizer (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to the Summit organized, we cannot be held li-able by participant for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, and financial losses. Under these circumstances, we de-serve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future Sum-mit or to reimburse the participant after deducting costs already incurred for the orga-nization of the Summit and which could not be recovered from third parties.
