It is one of the best ways to search for candidates by filtering those with specific industry, position level or language fluency. Our features allows you to:

STEP 2.

To start with the resume search, you can classify the job title by typing in the appropriate keyword. You may choose to classify up to 5 jobs to achieve a better search result. You can choose to key in up to 5 locations as well to search for your desired candidates.

Position Level: Filter candidates based on their position level from internship through director level.

Expected Salary: To indicate a range from minimum to maximum wage.

Years of Experience: To get more targeted results, you can filter candidates by inputting the minimum and maximum work experience based on their work history.

Availability: View only candidates based on availability from immediate up to 3 months.

STEP 12.

Download Resumes: Based on the candidate profiles and resume strengths, you can download resumes to enrich your selection process. Resume credit will be required for each download. By clicking on the “Download Resume” button you will be prompted with a notification of your resume credit. Once the download starts, your resume credit will be deducted for each download.

STEP 13.

Downloaded Resumes: With a single click you can access and review all the resumes that you have previously downloaded by clicking on the “Downloaded Resumes” button.
