When Infosys launched the current website in 2007, we did a quick usability study. We send this study to their new media team. Many things we suggested are not changed till 15 Mar 09. The site has lot of usability issues.TRANSCRIPT

Blogs doesn’t look clickable. Looks like the other headings. Infosys Offerings and Infosys Global are not clickable but the treatment is similar to Blogs.
Opinions heading does not say what the user can expect. Clicking on Discuss is taking the user to Post comment section. This is confusing.
Logo is less prominent because of the black colour band on the right side
Homepage overall doesn’t brand Infosys
for what it stands.
