Hydraulic Torque Wrench

The RSL range of Hydratight hydraulic torque wrenches

has been developed to provide compact yet powerful

solutions to any bolting problem ideal for make-up

and break-out of bolted joints. Options include

interchangeable heads or dedicated square or hex

cassettes, swivel heads and custom reaction arms.

Hydraulic Bolt Tensioners

Bolt tensioning is an accurate and time saving method

for tightening bolts and studs in all industries.

Hydratight, through creative design and utilizing the

most advanced engineering, has developed a wide

range of hydraulic bolt tensioners including the latest

addition, the HydraMax tensioning line.

Subsea Bolt Tensioner

AQUAJACK and SEA SERPENT hydraulic bolt

tensioners designed for subsea use by divers

operating in the poorest visibility and most restrictive

approach situations. These and the new AquaMax

subsea tensioner have the technical and operational

advantages of the top side bolt tensioners.

Multi-Stud Flange Tensioner

Simultaneous tensioning of all the bolts from one side

of the flange offers the ultimate in both speed and

technical efficiency, in even the most restricted of

applications. In addition Hydratight offers custom

tensioners for the wind, powergen, oil and gas and

other industries.

MORGRIP Connector

The Hydratight range of Morgrip mechanical

connectors ensures certified weld strength pipe

connections without the need for hotwork. Available

for topside, offshore and subsea, the connectors are

based upon a unique and patented pipe gripping and

sealing system.

TensionMax - The Range for all Compact Flanges

The TensionMax range consisting of the AquaMax subsea tensioner

and its parallel topside tensioner, HydraMax, is the first range

specifically designed to generate the increased loads needed to

tension compact flanges, while retaining the capability and

flexibility to tension all standard ANSI, API, and MSS types.

These tools can generate very high bolt stresses while providing

versatility for maximum bolt coverage and include the latest user-

friendly features.

Power Consoles

The high quality and reliability of the Hydratight range

of bolt tensioning, bolt torquing and machining

products is complemented by the most advanced

range of hydraulic, air and electric power consoles.

A range of hoses and accessories is also available.

Nutsplitter

The Nutsplitter utilizes a powerful, lightweight cylinder

to drive precision engineered cutting wedges into the

flat of the nut. The cutting wedge, with three cutting

edges, has been designed for maximum life and

minimum installation time.

Portable Machining Tools

The DL Ricci brand of in-place machining tools from

Hydratight offers portable machining solutions. From

pipe cutting and beveling to portable boring, grinding,

milling, end-prepping and journal turning, Hydratights

patented machining and bolting solutions are second

to none, with air, electric or hydraulic power options.

On-Site Bolting Services

The combination of unique products and a dedicated,

highly trained workforce provides Hydratight with the

complete on-site bolt working service. In addition to

torque wrenches and tensioners, Hydratight offers

flange pullers, flange spreaders and other on-site

bolting tools.

On-Site Machining

Hydratight with its DL Ricci brand of on-site

machining solutions, offers a number of on-site

services including: flange facing, pipe cutting, end

prepping, drilling, milling, grinding, boring, hot

tapping, stud removal, weld testing, pipe freezing,

hydro testing, valve repair and pipeline stops.

Custom engineered solutions are our speciality.

Special On-Site Services

In addition to the range of portable heat treating

equipment and services, Hydratight offers many other

on-site services such as: leak sealing, pipe freezing,

hot tapping, tension safety valve testing, metal

disintegration machining, and weld testing.

geniSYS 220 CNC Threading Mill

The 3D CNC Thread Milling machine enables

Hydratight to provide a safe, unique and accurate

professional solution to the many problems faced

by industry, relating to the tapping of large bore

threaded connections and machining of other

complex 3D geometrics.

Bolt-Scope II Ultrasonics

The rigorous safety demands imposed upon many

industries today have led to a demand for instruments

that can effectively monitor and record bolt stress.

Hydratight has again been at the forefront of

equipment development with the Bolt-Scope II.

HydraQuick Release System

The HydraQuick Release System utilizes unique split-off technology, allowing

quick, remote removal from a tightened stud bolt. The HydraQuick nut

replaces regular nuts, and thanks to its unique design, is quickly removed

from the tightened stud bolt.

The HydraQuick nut is a three segment nut set into a cage

A low pressure (less than 120 bar / 1740 psi) is applied and allows the

casing to move onto the piston rod

This movement uncovers the three segments and then removes thenut from the stud bolt thread

Engineering

With state-of-the-art design software based on 3D

modeling packages and engineering capability

located on four sites in three countries, Hydratight is

able to produce tailor-made solutions for complex

joint related problems.

Training

Hydratight provides comprehensive structured

training for the assembly and tightening of bolted

flanged connections in accordance with the training

specification of the Engineering Construction Industry

Training Board (E.C.I.T.B.) TECSkills units and City

and Guilds. The training is also accredited by

American Petroleum Institute (A.P.I.)

Joint Integrity Assurance Software

Our extensive range of integrity and shut-down/turn-

around management software helps users to plan,

organize and achieve compliance and joint integrity.

Hydratights software enables users to select the right

equipment and apply the correct loads to bolts.
