River bank offers a varied public space, that will
facilitate relaxation, socialising and sport options
Riverfront has two main levels separeted by a
sloping terrain
Bicycle and running lanes are situated along the
river
The bridge signals the most central and
representative point, where concerts, events and
screenings happen
A design offers many kinds of sitting
RHONE RIVER BANK - Lyon, France
FUTURE VINGE TRAIN STATION - Frederikssund, Denmark
The design prevents the railway from dividing the
town in two halves
The proposal best connects the train station, nature
and town structure as one united whole
The fundamental idea is to develop a new town
where natural elements are integrated from the
town´s development
The new Regional station is an example of holistic
approach
This design offers optimum functional use for urban
and mixed areas of commercial nature
It´s commited to improving the environment in the
central part of the city throught newly created parks
and green areas
In terms of traffic solutions emphasizes the need for
direct connection to a highway
The area is fully to adapted to activities related to
transport and railway traffic

EXAMPLES OF TRAMLINE
cosiJ.A.K.
The aim was to create sustainable mobility, what we achieved with using green tram lines. We designed safe tram stations, which may offer some amenities and they are fully digitalised with modern technologies. An interesting element is that the tramway goes over the river and is hormonically embedded into the environment.

Our effort was integration and utilisation of water in
our area. The river should connect opposite river
banks - sport area with relax area. We gained it with
usage different forms of banks. We designed four
types: construced, stabilized, natural and floating.
There is one footbridge above extended part of the
river, which connects river banks next to the
polyfunctional centre.

To modernize the area We designed special digital technologies, which are used as modern tramstations and as
smart cubes situated in the park. Both of them are based on beacons. A gradual approach of tram is signalized by
more intensive white light. An occupation of the cube is signalized by green/red light.

MEETING
POINT
The general feature of our design was to add some more attractive
facilities for habbitants. For example polyfunction centre, relax and
sport zones. A missing administrative centre is added by high -
rise building, which acts as a local dominant. A squere, which
connets sport and relax areas is perforated platform. An interesting
element is promenade over the river.
