– No extensions to new areas– All current corridors still served

• Early on, we started working with several key stakeholders
• Talked with cities, major property owners and agencies
• The College of Lake County was a key partner– College was interested in more transit service– Pace needed a place to host a Central Lake County
transfer point
• Together, we were able to reorganize the network without capital investment
