CTM Client Operation Guide

• Web Client Access• Video Conference• Present Document• Tour the Web• Share Application• Whiteboard• Application Snapshot


Web Client

1. Ensure the Web Camera and Mic are working normally.2. Start the Internet Explorer and go to http://ccbvcs.pccw.com either GDCN or internet direct access.3. Input your staff number then click the “Logon” button.

4.Select the Meeting Room which would like to access.5.Input the Meeting Room password then click “OK” to access.6.It will show the loading screen then access.



Video Conference1.Select the Meeting Room which would like to access.2.Input the Meeting Room password then click “OK” to access.3.It will show the loading screen then access.4.At the top of left hand side that you can adjust your mic and speaker volume. If your background noise that recommend to mute the mic.5.You can drag and drop the video display from “Current Speaker” to central and the display can modify by the “Layout”6.You can hidden the left side display.



Present Document1.In “Action” and select “Present Document”.2.Select “Present a document”3.Select “Add from My computer…” then add the document to upload to server.4.Set the document storage duration.



5.It will show the document and click the arrow button to change next slide.6.Click the Slide Show button to perform slide



Tour the Web1.In “Action” then select “Tour the Web”.2.In the Address Bar then input the URL that would like to share.



Share Application1. Take the Podium for allow Share Application.2.In “Action” then select “Share Application”.3.Then click the Share an application.



Share Application3. Open the application which would like to share. Otherwise it cannot be select to share.4. It will prompt up a Sharing Program then click the application would like to share then click the “Share” button.5. You can click the “Allow Control” for enable both side edit.6. Then maximize the application for visible then all participants can see your process.



Share Application7. If you want to stop sharing or pass to other participant to share that click the “Share an Application”.8. In Sharing Program then click “Unshare” button.



Whiteboard1. In “Action” then select “Whiteboard”2. Then you can draw that all participants can see.



Application Snapshot1.In “Action” then select “Application Snapshot”2.Open the application that would like to take a snapshot.3.Then click the “Start Application Snapshot” and it will prompt for selection.4. Click the “OK” button then it will show the application as a dump screen.
