Finance Update for 2010-11

„Donations‟ include both one-off donations (e.g. from individuals and

churches) and regular contributions. Your monthly/quarterly contributions

currently make up around 10% of our annual budget— this is hugely

significant in helping us become more sustainable and plan for the future.

Here’s how your donations have helped Boaz

this year...

We’ve given out 1149 food

parcels & 2780 bus fares

In 2010-11, we’ve taken over 240 referrals and placed 113 in our accommodation

In 2010-11,

23 clients started volunteering or training placements

and 1 got a job!

We’ve been able to develop partnerships with Refugee Action, Freedom from Torture, British Red Cross & others

We’ve started a

Free Shop held once a month where clients can pick up items of clothes, food & toiletries

We’ve seen over 30 clients get leave to remain since the beginning of 2010
