techPartner has four pillars which help us set and prioritize goals for

this ministry. They are listed on the next page with the goals we

have accomplished in 2014 and then the goals we have set for 2015.

2014 was a year we focused on developing the “training” aspect of

our ministry. We led several workshops and seminars throughout the

country as well as pulled off a national technology conference here in

Ohio. This was a great opportunity that stretched us. Karen Wood,

our new techPartner assistant, has been a great help handling the

details of these “training” sessions.

The need for help in the “technology for ministry” area has not de-

creased; neither has the number of requests for our help. Therefore,

we are focusing this year on the “mobilization” and empowering of

others to serve as they volunteer with us. These “training” and

“mobilizing” pillars came together recently at Baptist Bible College’s

Missions Conference. While teaching a workshop, I started a relation-

ship with two students who are interested in serving others with their

abilities in technology. We will mobilize them as we connect them

with projects that will help missions, ministries and churches.

What a privilege I have to be on the planning team for the 2016 Olym-

pic Outreach Missions Trip in Rio De Janeiro. This is going to be an

exci!ng opportunity for people to reach all the na!ons of the world

with the Gospel. We are an!c-

ipa!ng that over 100 people

will join the team. I just re-

turned from the prep trip,

where we filmed, planned and

figured out all the details for

this outreach opportunity dur-

ing the 2016 Olympic Games. Here are a few pictures from

my trip. We were able to solidify all the details needed to

facilitate this type of trip with this large of a team. God

worked EVERYTHING out for us as we trusted Him to help us accomplish the task. Thanks for your

prayers for my trip, and for so many of you who helped cover the cost. The es!mated cost for the

2016 trip will be around $2800 per person, which will cover all expenses in the country and airfare.

Lord willing, I will be able to take my daughter, Lauryn, with me on this trip and expose her to global

missions at work! We will need to raise funds to help out with this ministry opportunity. Plus, we

are helping raise money to cover the cost for the gospel booklets we will have available in 10 languages. Sample

The Brown family is enjoying God’s blessings in so many ways. We con!nue to be overwhelmed with God’s

Grace in how He provides for us and demonstrates His love to us. Both my girls played together in their

school’s ladies’ basketball team, and I helped coach. Dax was in the elementary school play, while Cole has

been acknowledged for his effort and helpfulness in his first grade class. Amy and I con!nue to lead the youth

group at our church. We will be leading the teens group at BCP family camp, and we look forward to inves!ng

in their lives. My oldest is now driving with her own car that was given to her as a gi% from her grandpa, and I

am stressing out each !me she goes alone. Not sure my hair will stay intake when all my kids are at this stage.

God’s grace and mercy is our anchor and His love through Christ is our strength. Thanks for your con!nued partnership in our ministry.
