WEE NEED YOUR HELP
AN APPEAL FROM MOLDOVA
Dear brothers and sisters,
My name is Iurie Rosca. I am from Republic of Moldova which is a little piece of land
between Romania and Ukraine. I am representing Christian Democratic Peoples Party. We
are the oldest democratic party form my country which was founded in 1988. I was the leader
of this party durind 20 years. Half a year ago we promoted a new leadership of our party
representing our former members of New Generation. To be useful for my political family, I
registered, recently, a new institution named Peoples University. It is a NGO that will have
the mission to educate on prmanent basis a new Christian political fighters. We identified an
excellent location in the central area of capital city and we are working on renovation of this
building in order to adapt it for the new destination. For it, we mobilized all our modest
financial resources and some local sponsors. It is a separate building with conference room,
canteen, 40 beds for our future students and all necessary equipment for trainings. We hope
to finish this project during September this year. It means we can start our work in October.
During many years I dedicated myself on education of young people. Now I can say that I
prepared hundreds of people who became a brilliant political team. They are now leaders of
my party. But it was periodical activities. Now we are trying to continue the same work but on
the permanent basis. We have all human and technical capacities to do it.
We plan to have every week at least 40 participants who will come from all regions of our
country and will participate between Friday and Sunday on our courses. We have to have for
it minimum conditions for accommodation, food and a small staff. Starting from Monday till
Thursday our institution will work with young people from capital city. Our target groups is
teenagers from high schools, colleges and universities. They will form in few years the future
new political elite of our party and our country. It is a unique strategic project which couldhelp our party to consolidate itself and toexpand its influence in our society. We as Christianmilitants have to be as much as possible efficient in our battle for our Lord Jesus Christ and
for each human being.
That is way we decided to ask you to help us in order to obtain financial support from our
European partners. We are estimating to spend about 1 000 USD per week. It means per each
month about 4 000 USD and 36 000 USD per month, except three month of summer. In this
period of time we will continue to organize our traditional activities (as summer
universities). We understand that it could be to big financial effort for you, that why we
will try to identify other solutions in order to cover 15 000 USD per year.

who ar ready to show their Christian solidarity and to offer us their support. It could be 20 000
USD per year which means less then 2 000 USD per month.
