The UOC Business School has a variety of executive programmes, all fully committed to quality education. The UOC’s methodology offers all professionals access to education and training in management skills and abilities without having to forgo any of their professional or personal responsibilities.

The principles that inspire the executive programmes are linked to a content design that has as its cornerstone adaptation to the real context of company decision making and, above all, recognition of the ethical and professional values that should guide managers in making those decisions. To achieve this, different teaching methodologies are used, such as real-life case studies, with different focuses depending on the programme selected – international dealings, start-ups, business lines or innovation – but at all times maintaining the strategic focus of business as the core. Another aspect to consider for MBA programmes is the use of business simulations linked to strategic decision making, which allows all the elements developed through the different programmes to be put into practice innovatively.

In today’s world we have to innovate, and innovation is not simply the domain and obligation of companies; it is also belongs to people and business schools. Through its training programmes, the UOC Business School aims to expand people’s knowledge, never forgetting to develop the management skills that future professionals will require: the ability to listen and understand, empathy, resilience, emotional intelligence, creativity and the ability to manage change... These are all elements that can and should be developed – and demanded – by senior management programmes.

The UOC Business School and its executive programmes are committed to quality training that educates responsible, ethical and capable managers, who use the necessary tools to make decisions, acquire in-depth knowledge of strategy, achieve their objectives with efficient and effective criteria and manage their teams with emotional intelligence, creativity and where innovation is present in every stage and process of the company. This is our mission and every single member of the UOC Business School professional team works towards achieving this.
