The Employee claim protected action 4, will run from 9am to 5pm on Monday's and Wednesday's from 17 October 2018 until 13 November 2018. The Employee claim protected action 4, will occur only at the Darwin Correctional Centre and Alice Springs Correctional Centre. In the Employee claim protected action 4, "professional visitors" within the scope of the protected action, only relates to legal practitioners, lawyers, and/ or somebody doing legal associated work, such as a legal clerk. In relation to Employee claim protected action 4, United Voice undertakes that members will be available to perform work in a situation where there is an endangerment to life, or personal safety or health, or welfare, and respond to all Emergency Response Codes. Protected Action 5: No supervising professlonal visitors (but private visits wlll be supervised). The Employee claim protected action 5, will run from 9am to 5pm on Monday's and Wednesday's from 17 October 2018 until 13 November 2018. 1

Correctional Officer's Enterprise Agreement negotiations: protected action notice (relating to Actions 4, 5, 6, 18, 20, 22, 23 and 24)

Protected Action 18: No wearing name badges.

The Employee claim protected action 18, will run from 6am on 17 October 2018 until 11 pm on 16 February 2019.

The Employee claim protected action 18, will occur at the Darwin Correctional Centre, Alice Springs Correctional Centre, Barkly Work Camp, and Datjala Work Camp.

Protected Action 20: Recognised union delegates to speak to media about the protected action.

The Employee claim protected action 20, will run from 6am on 17 October 2018 until 11 pm on 16 February 2019.

In the Employee claim protected action 20, "recognised union delegates" are: Steven Cotten, Karina Marshall, and Daniel Symes.

Protected Action 22: Distribution of flyers and other information to visitors and the general public regarding industrial action.

The Employee claim protected action 22, will run from 6am on 17 October 2018 until 11pm on 16 February 2019.

The Employee claim protected action 22, will occur at the Darwin Correctional Centre, Alice Springs Correctional Centre, Barkly Work Camp, and Datjala Work Camp.

Protected Action 23: Placing of union campaign material in the workplace.

The Employee claim protected action 23, will run from 6am on 17 October 2018 until 11 pm on 16 February 2019.

The Employee claim protected action 23, will occur at the Darwin Correctional Centre, Alice Springs Correctional Centre, Barkly Work Camp, and Datjala Work Camp.

Protected Action 24: Participation in United Voice social media campaigns related to bargaining and other workplace issues experienced by officers.

The Employee claim protected action 24, will run from 6am on 17 October 2018 until 11 pm on 16 February 2019.

The Employee claim protected action 24, will occur at the Darwin Correctional Centre, Alice Springs Correctional Centre, Barkly Work Camp, and Datjala Work Camp.
