Why study with CRIC?• CRIC is within walking distance of

the campus, accommodation and city centre.

• Nine out of 10 graduates are in work or further study within six months of graduation. (HESA 2012/13).

• A recent academic tracer study revealed that in two of the three primary faculties CRIC students, on progressing to ARU, outperformed not only ARU’s international students but also their home and EU counterparts. The average mark for CRIC students was higher than any of these cohorts.

CRIC at Anglia Ruskin University

Established in 1858 and located in the beautiful cities of Cambridge (the ultimate student city in the UK) and Chelmsford (the newest city in England), Anglia Ruskin University is an ideal study choice for international students. The state-of-the-art campuses host a range of impressive facilities including forensic science laboratories, multimedia sound and recording studios, a University Eye Clinic, Mumford Theatre, the Ruskin art gallery and much more.

With a student population of 31,000, Anglia Ruskin University is one of the largest universities in the east of England. One in five students at the university comes from abroad, so all Anglia Ruskin’s students get a truly international experience.

Feature coursesOptometry

• One of only nine universities in the UK offering Optometry.

• No previous science experience required.

CRIC’s unique Foundation pathway is designed to enable students to study a professionally focussed degree. Anglia Ruskin’s Optometry programme is fully accredited by the General Optical Council (UK) and the Association of

British Dispensing Opticians (ABDO). Students benefit from clinical practice experience in the University Eye Clinic; fully equipped with 16 optometric consulting rooms and specialist state–of–the–art facilities. Pre–registration placements are available.

Art and Design

• No portfolio required for Foundation entry.

• Cambridge was awarded the title of best UK city for culture at the prestigious Condé Nast travel awards 2014.

• In addition to ongoing collaborations with the creative industries, students have undertaken work experience placements with the BBC, House of Harlot and Warner Brothers California.

Cambridge School of Art is the oldest and the most prestigious establishment of Anglia Ruskin University and it dates back to 1858. It is Cambridge’s only university-level art school and it demonstrates a modern and progressive environment. Degrees available include Computer Gaming Art, Fashion Design, Fine Art, Graphic Design, Illustration, Interior Design, Photography and many others.

Two year Bachelor Degree: BA (Hons) International Business Management

By completing the degree in two years students will save:

• £5,000 in tuition fees

• approximately £7,200 in one year’s living costs

• one year of study time they can spend in the workforce/further study

Students with good academic results can gain admission to the unique two year (accelerated) option for this degree. Students will study three semesters per year (as opposed to two semesters a year) and, in doing so, save time and money.
