Kathleen,My understanding is that we cannot receive a waiver on the lifetime limits only on the annual limit

he Trustees of the plan intend to monitor the activity of the Plans if our waiver on annual limits is grannd then determine, based upon experience, whether elimination of benefits from the plans to compensor the addition of lifetime limits is warranted. At this time we do not see any change to the Plans 2011enewal other than the removal of the lifetime limits to be within compliance with Federal law.---
