ConCieRge DeSkSThere are concierge desks located at both the north and south

ends of the Club 100 Level, fully staffed with Chicago Bears service

professionals ready to answer any questions and assist with all

of your Gameday needs. There are also Monterrey Guest Service

Personnel positioned throughout the United Club to direct and assist

all Club Seat ticket holders throughout the game.

CluB Seat aCCeSSUnited Club ticketed seats are located on the Club 200 and 300 Levels

in sections 301-317 and 202-216. These 21” wide cushioned seats

are all located outdoors and accessible by taking the escalators or

stairs up from the Club 100 Level. Club Seat Ticket Holders can travel

between the three floors of the United Club with ease by using the

four conveniently located escalators and two staircases to access

seating and a wide array of food and beverage options. Elevators are

available for Suite patrons and persons with disabilities.

CReDit CaRDS anD atmS is the Preferred Card of the Chicago Bears and is accepted

throughout the stadium. There is a ATM located near

section 314 on the Club 300 Level, and another ATM located near the

restrooms on the north end of the Club 100 Level.

Family ReStRoomSThere are three family restrooms inside the United Club. These

restrooms are located on the south end of the Club 100 Level and on

both the north and south ends of the Club 200 Level.

pRo ShopChicago Bears merchandise is available in the United Club Pro Shop,

located at the south end of the Club 100 Level. A merchandise stand

is also located at the north end of the Club 100 level.

Re-entRy paSSeSEntry doors to the United Club can be found at the south end via

Gate 6, at the north end via Gate 38 and on the east side of the 100

Level Mezzanine. Only those with United Club Gameday tickets or

Club credentials will be granted access to the United Club during

home games. Club Seat ticket holders must present a United Club re-

entry pass along with their game ticket in order to re-enter the United

Club on Gameday. Re-entry Passes are given out upon exiting the

United Club by Monterrey Guest Service Personnel.

SeCuRity aSSiStanCe/FiRSt aiDTo request security assistance from your seat, text the keyword

“Bears” followed by a space, and describe the issue and location

to 69050 or call (312)235-7999 and security will be dispatched to

address the situation. A medical first aid station is located behind

section 304 on the Club 300 Level.

teleViSionSThere are 127 televisions in the United Club including two 20-foot

screens on either end of the Club 100 Level. Televisions in the United

Club offer both NFL Sunday Ticket and NFL Redzone. Please visit one

of the Club concierge desks to request a specific game to be played

on a TV near you.
