The current method of delivery is oil based for all cannabinoids. This is because they are derivative of the plant. The way the body utilizes these cannabinoids is inefficient.

The HempSource the pure CBD extracted from hemp oil through farming and extraction laboratory partners.

Quality ControlEnsure that the pure CBD is passes our microbe, heavy metals, particle size, potency and other important tests to meet or exceed our quality standards.

The ProcessUtilize nano encapsulation process whereby the particles are reduced in size to a nano level and then encapsulated in a liposomal carrier. From here it is packaged in our facilities and sent to wholesalers and consumers.

The UNIQUE Team Radek HlavacekRadek is our company president and European delegate. Handling European affairs, Radek has an extensive history working with Canadian cannabis, focusing on growing and handling extracts. He is knowledgeable in all things European and is an expert in identifying quality plant material.

Rob ArthursRob Arthurs comes from a history of working within the Canadian Government Trade Ministry. He has a passion for helping people and utilizing hemp and CBD to spread natural relief around the world. As our International Trade Advisor, he is well connected and well positioned to bring Unique Therapeutics into the global spotlight.

Martin PowEnterprise Risk, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Compliance and Security Services professional with high level of innovation energy and strong leadership skills. Martin worked in the banking industry for over 20 years in organisations such as Citibank and Mizuho Bank. Recently a risk services Partner with Deloitte Vancouver in Canada led the successful establishment of the new Deloitte member firm in Mongolia, holding the role of Risk and Compliance Leader for the country. First non-Mongolian to receive an “Honorary Doctor” title for Risk management contributions to the Mongolian Government and education institutions by the Mongolian National Academy of Governance University. Martin most recently returned from Dubai where he was the Global Audit risk and compliance Officer for a global group.Martin is our company Audit risk and compliance advisor and serves as our Privacy officer as we grow our business globally.

Liam DuffLiam Duff is our science and tech expert. With a background specializing in biomedicine and nano technology, Liam has the know-how to design extraction schematics as well as best practices for nano processing and formulation. Liam is our go to expert for all things related to science and tech.

Mohsen JahanshahiMohsen is our sales and operations director, handling all things related to logistics, packaging, operational flow and sales channels. Coming from a variety of backgrounds, Mohsen brings his expertise in way of superb relationship management, methodical control of operations and overall management of company needs.

Clinical Trials

Through connections in Czech Republic hospital, we are looking at arranging clinical trials for our CBD nano in hospitals. This will be made available to doctors with results documented in a clinical study to gauge the effectiveness of our product with regards to topical ailments

Through partnerships and connections into the Brazilian and South American market, we are aiming to engage in clinical trials for efficacy of our product in treating topical ailments. This will be a clinical trial with standards equivialent to USA grade trials.

Canadian Licensing

Project

• We are in talks with several entities in order to arrange a license to be brought upon our operation. We would like to bring our CBD nano into the Canadian medical market to be distributed through a licensee to patients and doctors that are interested in utilizing our product for a variety of reasons;

USA Hemp-Derived CBD

• We currently have space and operate out of Phoenix, Arizona, where we have a 1400L/month capacity nano emulsifying machine. In this facility we have access to drop-shipping services and packaging arrangements to ensure our product can be produced and immediately packaged into whatever desired product.

• Our next phase of operations is to bring our company into a licensed facility in Sedro Wooley, Washington, where we can make our product in a legal framework and have enhanced flexibility in movement of our CBD nano.

Czech Republic

• Our president Radek Hlavacek has been hard at work in the Czech Republic receiving imported CBD nano intracompany to set up packaging and distribution within the EU. This pipeline enables our product to be distributed wherever hemp is allowed within the EU, which is the majority of countries.

• Our main priority in this market is the distribution of topical delivery methods for our CBD nano, as our product specializes in transdermal application in addition to beverage formulations.
