Enjoy Outdoor UW Summer Yoga 

Start your day off with Outdoor UW yoga at the Terrace and enjoy the warm weather. For Wisconsin Union employees these classes are FREE upon signing up at Outdoor UW anytime prior. "I love the 11:45 am yoga. It's perfectly attuned to me not waking up at 7 am. The instructor, Sarah, is truly fabulous," says Courtney Byelich. Tuesday-Friday at 7 amTuesdays at 11:45am-12:45pm (Alumni Park)Thursdays June 21, July 19, Aug 16, 5:30 pm (Alumni Park)Saturday and Sunday at 9 am

 

Wisconsin Union Summer Intramural Sports Stay active this summer by forming a Union team and participating in one of many intramural sports this summer including kickball, cornhole, bowling, and the Union step challenge. Form your team and sign up here today!

Union Kickball!Even more simply, join the Wisconsin Union Kickball Team with play beginning July 24, 4:30 pm-7 pm through August 21, attending when you can. Sign-up!

Lunchtime Wellness Series at Allen Centennial GardensEvery Thursday, recconect with nature during lunch time with this FREE program offered all summer. Weekly activities focus on improving mental health, and will change every week! This program is every Thursday from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM during the summer. 

Join Madison Bike Week EventsThis week is Bike Week. Coffee, snacks, bratcakes, safety checks and more await you. Find out more. 

Women's Cycling ClubJoin Wisconsin Union's with the Spoke Haven Cycling Club. We currently lead rides every Monday (from Olbrich Park on the Eastside) and Wednesday (alternating locations). The first Tuesday of each month is Taco Tuesday, which is a blast. Find out about current rides on Facebook. 

Make Music Madison Stop by the Alumni Park for an afternoon of outdoor music. Feel free to play the piano and enjoy many musical acts in the outdoor classroom. Free event!June 21, 11 am to 4 pm
