To best serve your needs in Geneva, we will be consolidating our staff across the two locations listed

below which are most frequently visited by our members, and closing our office at the International

Telecommunications Union (ITU) on 18 September 2014:

Since most of our members in the region are now visiting us at the ILO and Palais des Nations locations,

the additional staff will ensure that we can handle the increased member interactions without compromising

service quality.

To members who are accustomed to visiting us at ITU, we regret any inconvenience that this closure

may cause.

We encourage you to visit us at the ILO and/ or Palais des Nations locations. Thank you for your continued
