MT Academy What is MT Academy? MT Academy is a reguler talent scouting program aiming for the very best graduates from top Universities in Indonesia worthy to be part of Management Trainee program.

A continuous search for future business leaders, MT Academy will provide companies with list of best graduates that passed series of rigorous selections.

During the first year (2015), MT Academy will be focusing on Business Schools to gather top talents for Sales, Marketing and Finance.

From second year ONWARD, MT Academy will also recruit from Technical Schools and Psychological Schools.

We are planning to have the program conducted two times in one year.

We are expecting as many as 100 Academians will be selected for each batch, or 200 academians per year.

MT Academy SELECTION METHOD Selected MT Academian will go through a rigorous and lengthy selection process. The process can be described as follow:

1. IPK, 3,25 2. Online assessment: EFSET & Aptitude 3. Interview & FGD 4. karir.com competency assessment, case study test 5. Top 100 Short listed candidates.

ACADEMIAN’S COMPETENCIES 1. People skills, those that will enable build commitment to growth. 2. Communication skills, interpersonal, team working and positive attitude at work. 3.
