SharedResourcesisarepositoryofmaterialssharedbyTaskstreammembers,resourceswillbeavailabletoUNCWusersinthefuture.TheLocatortoolallowsyoutosearchforotherMembers.TheResourceToolsinclude:aRubricWizardforcreatingandimportingrubrics,aFormBuilderforcreatingformsandsurveys,aWebPageBuilderforcreatingpersonalorinstitutionalwebpublicationsthatcanbesharedviaemailorpublishedtotheweb,andPack-It-UpandExporttoolsfordownloadingreportsanddocumentscreatedinTaskstream.
YouwillfindlinkstoalltheAssessmentWorkspacesyouareaffiliatedwithonyourhomepageundertheWorkspacestab;includingthoseyoucanviewandthoseyoucanedit.IfyouareaffiliatedwithmultipleProgramAssessmentWorkspaces,youcaneitherscrolldowntofindaparticularworkspaceorusetheSearchfunctionbyenteringtheprogramname.Tobeginviewingoreditingaworkspace,clickonAssessmentWorkspaceunderthenameoftheprogram.Note:TheFacultyCredentialstoolhasnotbeenadoptedforusebyUNCW,butisavailable.

3. WorkinginaProgramAssessmentWorkspace
StructureTosupportthetransitionfromthesubmissionofannualprogramassessmentreportsinelectronicfileformattocreatingannualreportsusingTaskstream,2014-2015annualprogramassessmentreportshavebeentransferredintoTaskstreamAssessmentWorkspaces.Thisprovidesprogramfacultywithabasicfoundationforfutureannualreports.ThestructureofaProgramAssessmentWorkspaceincludes:AGeneralInformationsectionwhereinformationabouttheprogramcanbeaddedandsupportmaterialscanbeuploaded.TheStandingRequirementswhicharethosecomponentsofaProgramAssessmentReportthatremainconstantunlesstheprogram’sMissionStatement,ProgramOutcomes(POs)orStudentLearningOutcomes(SLOs)arerevisedorchanged.TheStandingRequirementsareincludedineveryannualProgramAssessmentReport.Note:Whenchangesaremade,thepreviousMissionStatement,POsorSLOswillremaininassociatedannualAssessmentReports,whilethenewMissionStatement,POsorSLOswillautomaticallyappearinnewAssessmentCycles.
TheAnnualAssessmentReports,whichareorganizedwithinformationrelatedtoProgramOutcomespresentedfirst,followedbyinformationrelatedtoStudentLearningOutcomes.

EditingBasicsThestandardprocessforaddingoreditingcontenttoworkspacesectionsinvolves:(1)selectingthesection–referredtoasaRequirementinTaskstream–whereyouwanttoworkinthenavigationlisttotheleftoftheWorkspaceandreviewingtheovervieworinstructionsforthatrequirement;(2)“checkingout”thatsection;(3)addingoreditingtext,images,attachmentsorlinks;(4)savingtheworkyouhavecompleted;and,(5)“checkingin”thatsection.Note:YoumustbeontheEditContenttabtoworkintheworkspace.Theothertabswillbeusedinthefuture.
WhenyouareworkinginaRequirementsection(inthiscaseGeneralInformation)youcanexpandcontentbyclickingonthesidewayspointingarrowsymbol.Youcancollapse
contentbyclickingonthedownwardpointingarrow.

Tobeginaddingoreditingcontenttoarequirement,clickonthegreenCheckOutbuttonintheupperrightcorneroftheworkspace.
Iftherequirementisunavailable,youshouldseethenameoftheindividualwhohasitcheckedout(belowtheCheckOuticon).Onceyouhave“checkedout”arequirement,youcanaddoreditcontent.Dependingonthenatureoftherequirement,youwillseedifferentoptionsforaddingoreditingcontent.WhenyouseetheAddmenubar,youcanaddnewcontentbyselectingoneofthefeaturesintheAddmenu(Text&Image,Slideshow,Attachments,VideosorLinks).

ForsomerequirementsyouwillseeanEditbutton.ClickingonEditwillalowyoutoaddoreditcontent.Note:TheMapfeaturewillsoonincludethenewUNCWStrategicPlan.Ifyourprogramshouldalsomapagainstspecializedprofessionalstandards,submitthenameandyearofadoptionforthesettoyourschool/collegeAssessmentCoordinatortobeadded.
