We have just succeeded in developing ultrahigh temperature insulation coatings that has not yet existed in the World, which is functioning as a perfect thermal barrier from such an ultra-high temperature of 3,000℃ (5,400℉) and fire resistant and fire retar-dant as well. It is of environmentally friendly coatings without emitting any toxic fume as it is of wa-terborne and emits no VOCs. We applied the insulating coatings by 1 mm thickness on a 0.8mm thick aluminum panel and the heat of the spot is about 3,000 ℃ as we tested by using Oxyacetylene gas welding machine which is shooting a flame of approx. 3,600 ℃. We are now discussing business with some of partners in China for commercializing it. Our next ambitious challenge is to invent an unheard of insulating paint waterborne coatings which could withstand the heat of 6,000℃ (10,800℉) within this year.
