INTRODUCTION
• The Health of our people in Ugunja Sub-County and by extension, the whole of Siaya County citizenry, is extremely poor as clearly indicated in the Ugunja Sub-County and Siaya County Strategic Plans (2013-2018).
• The above concern is captured in the Table 1 below.
