Project Description

Field Services Tech Passport (FSTP) is to provide a solution that will be able to Support the current and future needs of the field technicians. And FSTP is a rewrite of most of the existing FSDS features along with the migration of SIEBEL WIRELESS application to the new Android Based FSTP Application.

The Application gives technician the ability to capture customer’s signature on handheld device and have it tied to the work order indicating acceptance of work, acknowledgement of lease agreement and agreement to protection plan. The migration of Siebel wireless application will allow the technician to work on the OLI on the same FSTP Application.
