Mobile Solar Power System Concept

Solar panels and wind turbine charges batteries.

Batteries store energy until needed.

Inverter converts DC power from batteries into common household 120 VAC.

Now any common electronics can be powered by the MSPS!

Solar Panel Array• Custom solar panel mounts

ensure stability and angled at 30 ° to ensure optimal solar absorption.

• Solar panels can be folded into compact package for transportation and folded out for deployment.

• 8 235 W panels are used in the system with possibility to add 4 more.

Wind Turbine• Wind turbine produces 400 W

of power at peak.• Custom designed and

fabricated support structure to support 20’ tall wind turbine on a mobile trailer.

• 4 guy wire support points ensures structure can endure high wind conditions.

Battery System• 8 12 V, 265 Ah Deka sealed

lead acid batteries housed in a single battery frame.

• Each frame can house 8 batteries. 4 below and 4 on top.

• Battery frames were designed by us and welded together per our specifications.

• Possibility to add 3 more battery frames (24 more batteries) to increase energy storage.

Inverter System• Inverter capable of supplying

up to 6 kW of power.• Weatherproof housing and

junction boxes allows inverter system to withstand harsh outdoor conditions.

• Solar trailer has potential to be equipped with additional inverters to increase overall power output.
