We’ve taken a standard MOLLE tactical vest and converted it into a unique receiving unit for use in irTactical weapons training. Tough nylon construction resists wear and tear in the harshest environments.

There are ten individual sensors placed in strategic locations around the vest. These allow all standard tactical equipment to be attached to the vest on the most common places in order to still be receptive of any infrared signals.

The Ir weapons training system is powered by our new patented SmartMag.

This SmartMag is constructed of glass-filled nylon and has been engineered to ensure flawless function and the highest level of durability.

The SmartMag’s electronics maintain the ammo count and can be pre-set for any realistic amount: 30 shots in the case of the irM4. Each shot you take deducts a shot from the SmartMag.

When at zero, the gun will no longer function. Ammo is restored when a new 12 gram CO2 cartridge is installed. The C02 cartridge is secured in the clip using the Quick release hatch which is engineered to be both quick and safe.

2. The patented custom valve is designed to connect the air source to main weapon. The SmartMag can be disconnected from a weapon and still maintain its pressure for use in another platform. The Magnetic coupling on top of SmartMag connects the electronics to the weapon controls.

The Central Command Module (CCM), provides operators with a centralized means of controlling the training exercises.

The CCM connects to a PC by means of a USB cable and utilizes an RF module to broadcast data to all units.

All irTactical systems are wirelessly connect to the CCM and can be remotely controlled. Exercise controllers can add up to 100 students. Statistics are recorded from each exercise allowing exercise controllers to debrief students on their exercise performance.

Exercise controllers can set up preset exercises or create a custom exercise using settings of time, health, event triggers, medics, shots/hits.

The StressX add-on for the irVest provides additional realism to your training by creating a pain stimulus when the student is shot using intensity shock levels of 1-15 ranging from vibration, mild, or strong.

The belt is extremely durable and is capable of delivering a shock through one layer of clothing.

Exercise controllers can also pair the heart rate monitor with the StressX to evaluate the students physical stress elevation.
