What is the Blue Card Passport:The Blue Card is a credit card type designed card specifically developed and issued to individuals who have gained accreditation in the Ubique IHSDP City & Guilds Accredited Weapons Small Arms Safe Handling / Tactical Awareness and Live Firing Qualifying Shoot.
