T y p e s

A chocolate is a sweet made in the form ofpaste or solid block prepared from roastedand ground cacao seeds, and is sweetenedand eaten as confectionary.

In its basic form, it is composed of cacaopowder, cocoa butter, and some type ofsweetener, such as sugar.

However, modern chocolate includes milksolids, any added flavors, modifiers, andpreservatives.

Countline: This is a chocolate-covered barsdesigned to be eaten in one go as casualsnacks. This includes bitesize countlines soldin multipacks (e.g. a bag of mini-Snickers).

Boxed: These are wrapped in boxes withmultiple small boxes filled with pieces ofchocolates with various flavors. They are mostpreferred chocolates for gifts, and are packedwith attractive packaging.

Molded: The range of chocolates can befound in different shapes to make it moreattractive and lure customers through itsshape.
