The Neptune I model offers a tactical ballistic protection solution for users working on or

around the water.

It was designed with maritime security personnel or naval users in mind who require

maximum protection with the flexibility of a standard tactical vest. Utilising the BALCS cut

Ballistic Floatation Vest - Neptune II

The Neptune II model offers a tactical ballistic protection solution for users working on or

around the water. It was designed with maritime security personnel or naval users in mind

who require maximum protection with the flexibility of a standard tactical vest. Utilising the

BALCS cut style of soft armour, providing front, back and side protection, the Neptune II vest

also has is inherently buoyant without the use of a floatation collar.

This is achieved by foam inserts in the vest which provides enough buoyancy for the user, in a

solution that is comparable in size and width to tactical vests designed for land use. The

Neptune II will provide the water based operator added piece of mind while operating on

vessels in hostile waters.

Not every mission is the same and your body armour should reflect this. A combination of the

plate carrier and a full tactical vest, the Slick II is a modular carrier allowing maximum

flexibility, to add or remove levels of protection deemed by the mission’s requirements.

Designed to hold our standard 10” x 12” Hard Armour Panel, and can be offered in an ICW

configuration allowing for soft armour panel inserts.

Side inserts for soft armour panels allow for comparable protection with a full size vest. With

offer a concealable vest appropriately named the Low Pro. With a custom cut soft armour

Design and Engineering

All Hard Shell protected vehicle products are fully designed and engineered using the latest CAD systems.

All CAD data is generated and critical section data is generated to ensure no ballistic leaks are apparent, the optimum fitting and attachment strategy has been adopted and that critical materials and system interfaces are achieved with zero ballistic leak.

CAD data also generates data for production tooling, laser profiles, work instructions and process data sheets. This ensures all vehicles are produced to a consistent process and provides full traceability.

Edges and seams are designed to feature armoured overlap system to prevent ballistic, and spall penetration.

Bullet resistant glass with polycarbonate anti spall liner film is used at all glazed areas.

All Hard Shell protected vehicles are manufactured in strict compliance to our Quality Standard and follows strict process controls to ensure high product quality, materials traceability and product repeatability.

The Hard Shell resembles a normal civilian vehicle. It is low profile – meaning that the vehicle is nearly visually identical to a standard vehicle. Therefore unwanted attention while traveling is avoided.

Fuel tanks are protected from all sides with ballistic steel

All 5 wheels (4 driven and 1 spare) are supplied with a FINABEL approved run-flat insert band providing the ability to travel a total distance of 50Km.

In order to ensure the vehicle handles and reacts in a safe a predictable manner all Hard Shell have a complete upgrade to the suspension system. The revised system includes Coil Springs and Shock Absorbers. These components are specially developed after much R & D.

The braking system has been modified to ensure the fully laden vehicle reacts as close as possible to the OEM Vehicles. Hard Shell have a slotted disc design which allows for better braking performance and to dissipate the heat created due to braking.

All original door hinges are replaced with our in house designed and manufactured heavy duty door hinges. The vehicles body structure is reinforced at the door hinge locations. The heavy duty hinges and the body upgrades ensure the vehicle can take the additional weight of the fully armoured doors.

The De-Mining Suit is designed as a full fitting suit to provide maximum possible protection against fragments and explosions from detonating anti personnel mines. The Garment design allows for interchange ability and upgrading of Armor protection levels according to the customer's requirements.

Provides complete upper torso protection from Neck to Knee. Velcro and Webbing adjustment on sides, shoulders, and legs ensures exact fit. Flexibility and low weight enables the suit to be worn comfortably for long periods of operation without restricting wearer maneuverability.

The outer garment is washable and made of high quality 500D Nylon Cordura fabrics that is specially treated to be flame retardant, water repellent, and abrasion resistant. The inner most layers is made with poly-strong mesh fabric and fitted with our Integrated Trauma Reduction System - this facilitates airflow around the wearer's body to ensure maximum comfort and effectively dissipates energy from the Chest in the event of an explosion.

The Panels are manufactured with multiple layers of High Tenacity Aramid Fabric to provide Blast Fragment protection that satisfies MIL-662F for 17 grain fragments > 450 m/s and beyond.

The area density is 2.4 kg/m².

Each Soft Armor Panel is vacuum-sealed inside a PU coated

Nylon fabric cover that is ultrasonically welded to protect the

Aramid Fabric from moisture and UV light degradation.

A lightweight and portable ballistic and fragmentation resistant blanket. The blanket can be configured in any shape or size and can be easily folded over, or placed on top of any ballistic threat.

Bomb Blanket gives emergency protection against blasts and fragments in the event of an explosive device detonating before it can be neutralized. It is quick and effective against most pipe bombs, hand grenades and fragments caused by pressure or electrical explosions.
