Notice the schedule time & schedule interval

In order to fix the schedule time & schedule interval, the supervisor would need to re-create the pivot plan.

1. Click Route & Unit Maint tab

2. Click Pivot Plan Maintenance

Display the desired route number by clicking on the drop down arrow

Why re-create the pivot plan?

• Update the MSP schedule time

• Update MSP schedule interval

• Improve MSP On-Time scan score

• Eliminate negative schedule interval

1. Click Create New Pivot Plan2. Select the first Sector Segment3. Hold down the shift key and select several segments4. Click Create Logical groups5. Continue to group sector segment until the very end6. Click Save and Assign Route Proximity

LG = Logical GroupSS = Sector Segments

LG will changed to SS after you click Create New Pivot Plan

Why update the Pivot Plan?

•         It updates the MSP schedule time •         It updates the MSP schedule interval•         Improve MSP On-Time scan score•         Eliminate negative schedule interval

By updating the Pivot Plan it ensures that the scheduled data is correct. By ensuring you have correct data, you will be able to discover street expansion, pinpoint areas of concern, and improve Street Efficiency.
