• One-piece, thin profile, disc-stem provides minimum obstruction to flow resulting in highestCv, lowest pressure drops and best control characteristics.

• One-piece disc-stem is available in 316 stainless steel, polymer or elastomer molding.

• Triple-function seat provides bidirectional drop-tight shut-off, isolates the valve body and stemfrom the line media and also serves as the flange seal.

These general service reinforced resilient seated valves are suited for marine andnaval applications where MIL-V-22133C or USCG/ABS Category A specified valvesare required.

• Metal reinforced seat isolates stem and body from media and eliminates distortiondue to high vacuum or turbulence.

• One-piece thru-shaft design provides high strength and positive disc control.

• Rounded, polished disc edge provides full 360° concentric seating providing lowerseating and unseating torque and longer seat life.

• Integrally cast mounting pad provides direct mounting of many actuators.

• Rocker-shaped gland bridge compensates for uneven adjustment of gland nuts.

• Disc taper pins are tangentially positioned half in disc and half in stem, placing them incompression rather than shear, which eliminates potential for failure.

• Optional bidirect end-of-line service available.

• Standard materials of construction include carbon steel and 316 stainless steel. Other alloys available as option.

• This K-Lok design is available for firesafe services and is API 607 4th Edition approved by third-party witness.

• Heavy duty circular key holds the seat and retaining ring in place, providing bidirectional, end-of-line service at full-rated pressure.

• Uninterrupted gasket surfaces eliminate problems associated with seat retaining screws in the gasket surface and allows use of standard spiral wound gaskets.

• Unique interference seat design with energized elastomer O-ring allows bidirectionalClass VI shut-off at lower pressures. The seat is further energized by line pressure,providing the same tight bidirectional shut-off at full-rated pressure.

• The seat retainer ring is housed within the flange gasket ID to eliminate potentialemission path.




Flange Standard: ANSI 150


The K-Lok is an ANSI Class product, provides services in ANSI 150 and 300 ratings. The K-Lok valve has a double offset discthat seals against a torque energized seat. The K-Lok can provide tight shut-off from vacuum to the ANSI pressure ratingwithout any modifications. The two-piece stem is available with soft seat, metal seat or API 607 4th edition certified firesafe.

Morin MRP, Pneumatic Rack and Pinion Actuators

The Morin actuator product line utilizes a scotch yoke mechanism thatprovides highest torque outputs at each end of the actuator stroke,resulting in a torque characteristic that is typical to most quarter-turnvalves. Morin actuators are available with 100% stainless steelconstruction or with ductile iron housing and endcaps.

• Scotch yoke design using precision bearings eliminates dead bandin the yoke mechanism, providing the greatest torque output at thebeginning and end of stroke.

• Teflon® piston bearings, piston rod bushings and output shaftbushings provide longer life, reduce maintenance and require nolubrication.

• Spring return model design requires no special tools to safely and easily disarm the spring in the field, reducing down time andproviding a ‘man-safe’ spring.

The Keystone EPI electric actuator is provided with a self-locking gear train thatallows for a compact design.
