The warehouse management system supports both automatic warehousing using the goods-to-the-person principle as well as manual warehousing using the person-to-the-goods principle. Either automatic trans-fer directions are coordinated, which transports the goods the the picking stations, or fehr wms guides the warehouse manager to the goods using a mobile RF terminal (MDE) or paper printout.
