QUICK FACTS: Unitus (IS-TF 289) combines dark green color

with drought tolerance for superior quality with long term

performance. From the Southeast to the North, Unitus

shows excellent turf quality under high or low maintenance.

Unitus has excellent Brown Patch resistance which

contributes to its persistence. High levels of viable

endophyte contribute to insect resistance and improved

bio�c and abio�c stress tolerance, improved seedling

establishment, and reduced weed invasion.

ADAPTATION: Unitus is recommended for permanent turf

in full sun to shade in lawns, parks, sports field, sod farms,

and golf course roughs. It can be blended with Kentucky

bluegrass and other improved turfgrass species and

maintained from ½" to 4". It can be overseeded into zoysia

for a mix of cool and warm season turf to be used in the

transi�on zone around the globe.
