down, NMS link errors, IPDCN issues, IPRAN sites, CP/DPP issues, BB/Hub sites issue. Manage TX issues of IBADAN and KANO regions. Doing Audit of BB/Hub sites in IBADAN & KANO region in order to know about

network topology and strength of existing network in both regions. Optimization if any MW hops require in order achieving good RSL in order to maintain

First support Bharti Airtel project Bangladesh from June-July. So during this period, I finalize the plan for MW SWAP and I went to lead SWAP activity during night in Sylet region and guide them to for SWAP and done it successfully.

Second project to support Bharti Airtel MC 2G/3G project in Sub-Sahara west Africa region for seven months, I supported SE (South East) region to support MW implementation, Transmission media E1, X-Connection, DXX loop confirmation with TX EDGE, BSC ports testing till integration of 2G/3G for different sites.
