Class: Research ways to supplement current materials to teach Abstract thinking skills.

Local: Last year focus on program and get this year focus on student interventions.

Class: Success rate, Who is at risk PEP, Students not completing/turning in work, Students not studying, No effort into homework

Local: Subgroups, Only 1 or 2 objective, Objective # and how performed, Question they got right/not, Who has mastered 1st quarter.

AM Scores: High participation % correct law, Interventions/Objectives having problems, Objectives mastered, Student pace, Test accuracy.

Drop Out reporting out results1.What does this 9 weeks data compared to

last year’s tell your Goal Team? Ms Franks trained the teachers on PEP’s. We had

no PEP’s 1st Qtr last year. This year we have lists, most from progress reports for teams but no PEP’s. 95% lists.

Last year we were developing the mentor/mentee program in the first Qtr. This year we are up and running and have 41 Mentees.

Last year the attendance intervention was done manually and individually.

This year it is fully automated through the NC Wise program

Engrade has helped with communication and reduced number of failures on athletic teams
