1. The discount must be requested BEFORE payment for items or services.

2. Management of the participating companies reserves the right to request

identification.

3. Discounts have been secured with agreement of the participating businesses listed in

this Booklet. Changes in ownership and/or management may occasionally lead to

problems with the discounts.

TTUTA has no control over such problems and does not hold itself liable for the

refusal of any of the participating businesses in not honouring the discount.

Where such problems arise, please contact our offices and every effort will be

made to clarify the issue.

4. The participating businesses may, as a result of special sale conditions, alter the

discount listed. TTUTA has no control over such Management decisions.

5. TTUTA cannot guarantee that the businesses listed will remain in the programme. At

the same time, new businesses will join. Through the TUTOR changes will be

communicated to members.
