I am writing to request an amendment to NRC Material License,No. 06-09045-03. Work in our laboratory will include nucleic acidsequencing and protein labeling which will require the use ofsulfur 35. Therefore I am requesting that the license be amendedto include sulfur 35 and that the maximum amount be 20 mil 11 curies.

The work with sulfur 35 will be conducted in the Life SciencesCenter and under the same guidelines for storage, use and disposalspecified in the license.
