BEWARE OF FAKE EGGS MADE IN CHINA How fake eggs are manufactured
In China, there are fake schools and classes that teach a variety of blatant fraud technologies, even
fake milk and now eggs! They can be modulated with chemical material, but also cook and fry just like the real things. This is currently the most
popular False course in China. Step 1: Modulation of raw materials using 7 kinds of
chemical materials. See photo below.
• Step 2: Egg production • The "raw egg" starts in a mold (2/3
full). Calcium chloride, coloring or die, resin and other chemicals are used.
The 'yolk' is shaped in a round mold with 'Magic water' containing calcium chloride. Wait for the raw egg yolk to solidify. Transfer it to the next compartment.
Step 3: Completing the fake egg shape Mix the "egg white" solution, like the first andfill 1/3 the mold , like dumpling floating in soup. The naked egg shape needs 1 hour to dry. After washing it with water, it's ready for a shell. Step 4: Giving it a shell Unmold the naked egg and immerse it insoftened paraffin wax and calcium carbonate. Repeat this step several times until the shell is thick enough. Let it dry a little before immersing it in cold water to reshape if it's not realistic looking. At this point, the egg has its shell. You're done
Hard shells are formed by soaking the naked eggs in paraffin wax and allowed to dry. Oh yeah, the Egg is ready. The artificial egg shell is very fragile and breaks easily, but who cares!! Doesn't it look real?
Many small bubbles are formed when fried, but not many peoplecan tell the difference between that and a real egg. It looks almost exactly the same as the real one, and even tastes better. Unknowingly you may serving it and adding to the statistics of food poisoning.
Why make fake eggs when eggs are already so cheap ?
Because of money. The cost of a fake egg is only
0.55 Yuan/kg, while the real chicken or
duck egg’s market price is 5.6 Yuan/kg. 10 times as much!
Cases of problem foods and food poisoning are widely reported in
Mainland China over the last few years. In 2001, there were 185 cases of food
poisoning, affecting about 15,715 peopleand causing 146 deaths. The cases doubled
in 2002. In 2003, the number of reported cases was ten times more,
and the number of people suffered was as high as 29,660,
including 262 deaths. Now in Sept 2008, Nearly 53,000 chinese children got
sick from fake milk. 4 died!
