TribeOne: Dinokeng Music Festival in partnership Rockstar4000, Sony Music Entertainment Africa and the City of Tshwane, in the historic mining town of Cullinan, located in the South African region of Dinokeng is set to take place during the heritage month long weekend. The inaugural TribeOne: Dinokeng music festival will take place on 26, 27 and 28 September 2014 and it is tipped to be the centrepiece of the multiple celebrations and initiatives that South Africa’s Capital City, the City of Tshwane, has set in motion to celebrate.

This world-class, three-day music festival will be the fi rst of its kind on the African continent, and will be the African continent’s debut on the global music-festival circuit boasting a unique multi-day, multi-stage musical extravaganza yet to be experienced on African soil. With a line-up featuring over 150 artists (International, African and South African artists) performing on three main stages, it is already being billed as Africa’s biggest festival!

TribeOne: Dinokeng is a 3-day music festival that will boast an electrifying mix of music genres across 3 main stages, with over 150 artists performing live on the ‘Thunder Valley’ and ‘Diamond Fields’ stages and DJ’s playing live sets in the multiple ‘Dance Village’ domes.

The ‘Diamond Fields’ stage will host live performances by

Hip-Hop, R&B and related Pan African and international genres.

The ‘Thunder Valley’ stage will host live performances by artists from Rock, Pop and

related genres.

The ‘Dance Village’ will be dedi-cated to non-stop performances by DJ’s and artists from the vari-

ous sub-genres of Dance. It’ll consist of a large main outdoor stage, surrounded by several smaller domes, each hosting specifi c sub-dance genres.

Both the ‘Diamond Fields’ and ‘Thunder Valley’ stages will run at the same time on two different sites and both will start on Friday afternoon until late at night.

The ‘Dance Village’ will start Friday morning and continue for 24 hours, repeating the sequence again on the 2nd day (Saturday) & 3rd day (Sunday).
