START AT TRI-C TRANSFER TO BGSU TO COMPLETE YOUR BACHELOR’S DEGREE WHAT IS THE BGSU TRANSFER PROGRAM? The BGSU Transfer Program is the opportunity for you to start at Tri-C, while BGSU closely monitors the classes you are taking to ensure that they transfer. The benefit of this program is you apply to both Tri-C and BGSU (free application) with the idea that you will start at Tri-C and then transfer to BGSU to complete your bachelor’s degree. This program makes the transition much easier because BGSU is guiding you on the classes to take. Plus, you will receive preference for transfer scholarships. WHO SHOULD APPLY TO THE BGSU TRANSFER PROGRAM? New and curent Tri-C students who are planning to finish a bachelor’s degree at BGSU should apply. However, if you have been a student at BGSU in the past or you are a BGSU student taking Tri-C classes to transfer back to BGSU, you are not able to apply to the BGSU Transfer Program. NEXT STEPS When applying, indicate that you are completing a degree at Tri-C and then transferring to Bowling Green State University. Look for an email from BGSU to complete the FREE BGSU application. If you earned credit from institutions other than Tri-C, send official transcripts to BGSU. BGSU will let you know if high school transcripts are needed. Get admitted to BGSU (and indicate when you want to start). Regularly check your email for messages from BGSU. Meet with Ali Tracy, a BGSU transfer advisor. Contact her at ralison@ bgsu.edu or 419-372-9920. She will help you develop a transfer plan. 19AD3431 Questions? We are here to help!
