Headings in PPT. - Font size for titles should be 36-44 pt.

Headings in Word – use Heading 1, 2, 3 - hierarchy

Regular style - Font size for all other text should be at least 24-28 pt.

Alt Text on Images – Screen reader.1. Informative images should include a concise description based on their

purpose and context for us. Consider the purpose and context for use, then start with the general idea before focusing on relevant details and important relationships – Alternative text has meaning..

2. Functional images (links) need to describe the destination or action that will take place – add hyper link to image the same way as Text.

3. Decorative images should be marked up in a way that allows screen readers to skip them- Click ‘Decoration’ in Checker.
